Today at this Burger King, I overheard the worst customer service ever… an Employee was asked about the pricing on a Customers receipt, and the employee rudely replied«I don’t know nothing about the prices… I just work here.» I just thought that someone in Management should know this…

Place is clean most of the time … BUTTHECUSTOMERSERVICEISHORRIBLE !!! Not only from the employees but the manages too. I asked the manager for a ranch and she had the nerve to toss it in the air expecting me to catch.

I been wanting to try the grilled dogs and picked up an original and a chili cheese… Took one bite of the chili one and it was SO fucking disgusting!!! EVERYTHING was waaaaay too salty and the chili tasted dry like it’s been sitting for a while. The length of weenie is not even equivalent to the bun. Totally disgusting. Stick to the burgers only. The dogs are trash there.

This Burger King does what Burger Kings do just fine. My orders are never made wrong. The employees are polite. The lobby is clean enough. The orders come quickly. The burgers are nearly made. I can’t ask for more in a Burger King.

Horrible drive thru service. The worst ever. Food is always good and hot, but PLEASE do something about your night time employees. They are the worst worst WORST I’ve ever seen!!!

got there today for breakfast, the same as mcdonalds little less price, the bathrooms were very clean, the gentleman juan jose was very cordial, made my experience very welcome, wish it was like that everytime i walked in to a fast food place, 10 out of 10 points from me

Came in today, place was busy. Came inside. When I came in, there was a long line. Took me 15 minutes to be able to place my order. I ordered a whopper combo. Took 8 minutes to get my order. It was hot and fresh. Employees were friendly. Next time I’ll just go to the drive thru to beat all the busyness inside.

This is a nice BK, I love that they have much more choices aside from burgers in their franchise. Looooove their mini cinnabon rolls! Gives me my cinnabon fix. I love all your creavity in your menu, BK. Keep it up!

Is it just me? The staff here are never very friendly. Especially in the drive-thru. They need to work on being more pleasant. They got the order right and the food was hot. So I guess that’s something. Play area is nasty and outdoors. Smells like homeless people sleep in it.

I was extremely disappointed with my visit yesterday afternoon. My family and I came in, ordered our food, and sat down to eat. The food was just ok. The burger were freshly made, however the chopped lettuce was a little withered, and they do not add enough lettuce or tomato to cover the burger. After realizing that we needed an extra burger, I went to the counter, I ordered a Whopper Jr with cheese, and I asked them to please add extra tomatoes to the burger, which I was charged an additional $.10. I did not mind paying the extra dime, as long as the burger was made to my liking. When I received the burger it had two very small slices of tomato. The slices were about the size of a half dollar coin. I was very disappointed, so I went back to the counter and asked the cashier if I could please have two extra slices of tomato. The cashier then asked, «Didn’t they put the extra tomato?» To which I replied, «No. My sandwich only has two very tiny slices.» Then the cashier said to me, «That’s the extra tomato. We only put one slice, but you got two. That’s the extra.» I could not believe that Burger King would hold out on giving a customer a couple extra tomato slices as I am watching the shift change occur, and the people that were leaving work were taking bags of food out with them as they left. I did not say anything else to the cashier. I gathered my family and left. I have never before been at a location that would treat a customer in such way over a couple slices of tomato, especially when the employees themselves are able to take so much food home at the end of their shift. I am very disappointed in the business practices held at that location, and I am sure I will never be taking my business there again.

I give them a Five Star rating on getting order correct, freshness of ingredients, and cleanliness of establishment. Their food is between a two and four. It really depends on the prep cook. Today the onions were all different sized slices, mainly two big. There were huge chunks of lettuce in the sandwich this time but not usually. I cannot speak to the accuracy of the Drive Thru.
