I usually do not write views, but I was extremely upset by the negative comments I was reading. I don’t understand why anyone would write any bad comments about this flower shop, the florist are all extremely kind, professional, organized, and not to mention filled with an extraordinary amount of talent. I went to Fantasy Flowers for my Prom corsage and boutonnière, and absolutely fell in love. I decided to go back for my wedding flowers and I was amazed and so thankful for the work they provided me with. The flowers brought beauty to my wedding and all of the consultations were very informative and easy to navigate through, they did a great job of making the process fun and not overwhelming. Fantasy Flowers has not only made the biggest moments of my life unforgettable, they have also made beautiful bouquets and centerpieces for my family gatherings and for the everyday flowers I keep in my home. And in all the years I’ve been going, and when the rare occasion of being closed occurs, they have always left a note explaining why they are out of the shop and telling how long they will take to return. Fantasy Flowers is a hidden gem in San Fernando and deserves to be treated as such.

Been coming to this florist for years and I recommend to people I know which is why I’m so disappointed in the service I received. Called in a special order of black magic roses and a Casablanca lily was told it would be ready Friday. Was happy to get a call they were ready today except they weren’t. What was ready were some beautiful red roses and a white stargazer lily. Would’ve been very nice if I didn’t know the difference. My disappointment is with the female employee insisting it was she then called her boss who said I was right it wasn’t what I had ordered. Would’ve appreciated an honest answer instead of arguing with me.

Very unprofessional. Had an appointment for wedding flowers and it was even confirmed the night before over the phone. When i got there they had nothing done, the lady said they did not have the base and they would be getting them in a few hours. She did not apologize once, the appointment was made two weeks prior and the night before i got a call to confirm and ask what type of base i wanted. She asked for us to come back later, unfortunately we don’t live close and when asked if she could try to do anything on the spot she said she was not able to. She did not even show us the flowers to get an idea of the color. She didn’t try to find a solution right away. The whole time she was rude and seemed as if she could care less. We walked out when another customer came in. Disappointed since it was referred to us by the hall where we are having the event. Come to find out the lady was the owner of the business.

Your business hours reads «open at 8am» but it’s already 9:05am, your neon «open» sign is on, but nobody’s home!
This is not professional & very frustrating.

Great! I was running late from work, windy rainy night, needed to order flowers for a friend before leaving town. I get to the door, it’s locked & the man was about to turn the lights off for closing. He came to the door opened it up, turned the lights back on & said. How I can help you! Thank you Hector! When God says he opens doors, he wasn’t lying! You are a life saver & I will recommend & be back a thousand more times. A great act of kindness & to go out of your way to take the time. Thank you!

I too wish I could give Fantasy Flowers and Balloons more than five stars. First of all the customer service is amazing. The owner Hector and his son were so helpful. I bought 19 wreaths for our cheerleaders to wear for homecoming and they were gorgeous. Fantasy Flowers has a great selection of gifts, balloons and flowers. Whatever your need go see Hector at Fantasy Flowers and Balloons and he will help you out.

They Do everything!
Their Bouquets are about $ 12 for half a dozen and $ 20 for a dozen.
They do corsages for around $ 20
They always have their items on time if you call ahead
Workers are really friendly and Ive never had a problem and go here at least once a month :]
