Horrible service id give it a 0 if I could
I come during my short lunch break and it’s already the 3^rd time they make me late to work because I wait on the side. The order is not complicated it’s for two people !!! A simple premium wrap wait time 15 minutes

Drive thru is horrible. There was only 3 cars waiting for food and I ordered right away. I didn’t have to wait long to get my bag if food. But the bigger issue is that I paid for a double quarter pounder and they gave me a single in a double quarter pounder box. That is totally unacceptable and wrong. Also it wasn’t even warm. The burger felt land tasted like it had been sitting there for a long time. Very dry and like I said barely somewhat warm. Almost cold. And the fries were the same temperature. They really screw you in the drive thru here. I’m only 2 blocks away at work. So no way my food got that cold from when I got it. And I can’t go back since I’m back at work. I can’t just leave. So yes I’m screwed. So not happy and still hungry! I wish I could give negative star rating.

was cold or something. the girl taking our order clearly pretending to not understand spanish and was so rude, I don’t know how she does it in this neighborhood where it’s 98% beans??? OK the 3 stars are for the very nice young man in the a. m that is so nice and polite and attentive to customers, he’s the tall skinny man with the funny lil mustache, just wanna make sure credit is given where due. hes amazing.

This place has improve a lot. Their customer service is the best. The employees take the food to your table and treat you very polite. I’m impress to see they treat you like any restaurant with waitress due yo the fact that this a McDonald!!!

So, its not the best McDonalds but its not the worst one Ive been to. They do tend to forget items in my order but I’ve gotten use to it and usually double check before leaving just to make sure everything is in the bag.

they did not bring me my burger for 18 min. I had to leave my lunch break was over. so long story short I did not get to eat lunch!!! I left the burger paid. So Mc Ds you owe me a burger!

Slow service, rude staff, unfit manager worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to plenty they need to be retrained in better customer service they never even answer the phone so that you can complain going straight to the district manager next time since the manager ain’t no help! Very poor overall service

Fast food drive thru isn’t fast.
Service was one of the worst. The food tastes disgusting as if they had prepared it a while back and they were playing a dirty game of waiting to give it to you. Just in general this McDonnals is one of the worst.

The service is friendly but they’re very stingy with their ice. If you ever order an iced drink, it will not be filled to the top and will only contain like four melted ice cubes.

Not the smartest employees there, I had asked for a BBQ snack wrap and there was a new person ringing me up I had no problem with that and he said we only have chipotle, I then said yeah chipotle BBQ and someone over seeing him on register tries to argue with me which kind of made me irritated, she said we don’t have BBQ but we can give you BBQ to put in it we only have chipotle, obviously I must be seeing things and from common sense I know it’s chipotle BBQ, it’s just like come on you work there and see this everyday and you’re telling me you don’t have BBQ-​_​_​–

Terrible. I ordered a Reese’s mcflurry at the drive thru on October 10^th at 5:00 p.m. The person that took my order wrote Oreo. By the time I noticed it on the receipt, she already left the first window, so I had to tell the person at the second window that I had ordered a Reese’s not Oreo. The boy who made it whined and said ‘I already made it’. Luckily the girl at the 2^nd window was nice and asked him to make another one. When she handed it to me after he made it, she had a look on her face. Probably because it was snack size ice cream in a large cup. I ordered a large– he must’ve been mad because he had to make another one, so he punished me by giving me less ice cream. I rarely complain but this is worth knowing. That’s terrible service.

Disappointed and sad for my son… We are regulars at McDonald’s for breakfast and if we ever have a problem with our order they usually fix the problem, but this time we waited 20min for our happy meal. At first we just let or son pick at our food so he could forget about the happy meal for the time being but then he remembered and started asking questions about where it was. So I went to the counter and asked for it but they said it wasn’t ready and would be ready in a few. At this point my son had to go to school so I just asked for a refund, but then he started crying cause he wanted the toy so I said can I just get the toy only. He said it was fine but he would charge me $ 2 for the toy when the happy meal cost $ 3.69. I told him to keep his money and give me the happy meal to keep my son from crying and I gave the food to a homeless guy outside and gave my son the toy… Poor customer service and the manager sonar vann was no manager… He needs to learn how to take care of good customers… 1 star just cause my kids grew up on McDonald’s breakfast.
It doesn’t look like we are coming back to this McDonald’s and we only live 2 blocks up :(sorry son…

Horrible. The only reason I come to this McDonald’s is because it’s the nearest one to where I work. They are extremely stingy with their sauces and if you ask for more, I usually get «were out» as a response. I know a ton of middle school kids come here and probably ask for a ton of sauce but come on. it’s not everyone else’s fault. It’s also usually a bit messy and if there are special promotions don’t forget to «mention» it at the box before getting to the window, or else they will make you wait for that free product that should come with it.

I live near this McDonalds so I come here often.
It must be noted that there has never been a time where something about my order wasn’t wrong. Whether it’s forgetting something, giving me the wrong item, forgetting about my order entirely, waiting an absurd amount of time for my food, something always goes wrong without fail and today was no exception.
Get it together!

We were the only car in the drive through today and we ordered 3 large fries. We were asked to park in lot and wait for our fries to be ready. 6 minutes later we got out fries. This is the 2^nd time we have been asked in the past 3 weeks to park in the lot and wait for our food. Last year we came to eat in and both ice machines were broken and all the sodas were flat. We try our best to avoid this McDonald and use Sepulveda.

My local McDonald’s is on Sepulveda and Brand, but I prefer this location because it doesn’t get as packed.
Drive-​thru:
–Service is consistent and friendly
–Food, it’s McDonald’s, so you either go for the quick cheap meal, or the nostalgia of being a kid eating a quick cheap meal.
–I would give 5 stars but they are so skimpy on the McNugget sauces, asking for more sauce is like asking for a kidney. You’ll get a dirty look.
–They haven’t messed up my order, so that’s what keeps me coming. Well, aside from that sweet, sweet pink slime.

The place was as expected at a McDonald !!! Music and air could have been more controlled. A lot of tables not cleaned?

Been calling for days from work to find out when they start serving lunch. They have never answered the phone and it eventually just hangs up on you. Calling the 800 number doesn’t help either because they don’t have local information.

Eh… restroom needs work. And it took a little long to just get a coffee and parfait.

This mcDs is right by my work. I started going there because monopoly was back.
Nothing really special about this McDs. Its like any other McDs I’ve been to. Wait… theres a playground where you can let your kids play in, to burn off their Happy Meal. Its an indoor playground.
Another thing is they ask for your name, so they can call you when you’re food is ready. Thats the first time thats happend to me at McDs. I guess its a plus to their customer service.
Other than that, its just a McDonalds…
