I came here on a recommendation from my buddy.
I got the Spartacus on dutch crunch (Genoa Salami, Mortadella, Hot Coppa, Provolone, Peppers, Oil & Vinegar). Man oh man this place is tasty and good price point of $ 10. — Accepts Credit Cards.
I am definitely coming back here when I am feeling for a good sandwich.

This place reminds me of some of the sandwich places I used to frequent back in the NYC.
The sandwiches are made with Boar’s Head meat which I also like and they also have a variety of breads you can choose from.
The place can get packed by 12:30 so brace yourself for a possible wait. You can also phone in your order as well.
The menu is quite extensive as they have over 30 different types of sandwiches although you can customize your own.
I’ve tried a few different types of sandwiches from The Freak (Beef Brisket, Chipotle Gouda, Bacon, Siracha Mayo, Onions, Lettuce, & Tomato) to The Escape From Alcatraz (Chipotle Chicken, 3 Pepper Jack, Bacon, Cajun Remoulade, Avocado, Lettuce, & Tomato). I’ve also had and enjoyed The Hangover, Godfather, Chicken Garlic Asiago.
Each sandwich will run you a little over 10 bucks but the sandwiches are so big, you can eat half and finish the rest for dinner.
There are no tables to dine in but enjoy your sandwich at one of the outdoor seating tables at one of the Embarcadero buildings.
These guys are legit!

best sandwich spot in 4 embarcadero. they get their meat from boar’s head and serve pretty much the same sandwiches as golden gate deli on lombard. the top sellers are the godfather and the san franpsycho (turkey, bacon, gouda, pesto, garlic spread, and remoulade)

This is hands down the best deli in SF!!! The staff is super friendly and always remembers my order when I come in. The sandwiches come out steaming hot and packed with meat and all my favorite fixings. The selection of meats is incredible and the creative names on the menu keep me coming back for more.
