7-Eleven

I like convenience and 7-​Eleven is definitely a convenient place to shop. On this rainy SF morning I walked in for a few essentials and they had everything that I needed at a fair price. It was really easy to find everything and I would definitely pop in to this place again for anything I need. The guy working the register was nice and greeted me when I walked in as well as offered a paper bag for the large Gatorades I purchased. Plus, they had bananas priced at two for $ 1.00 exact, so I was able to do a secondary transaction on the way out with no hassle.

Update — Watch your wallet they will try to overcharge you!
Yesterday I went in and ordered grill food and a drink which should have come to $ 4.25 total but was charged $ 5.10 for it. Just then a herd of people came in so I had to wait 5 minutes to get back to the checker — he said it was tax BS. In the end he refunded me $ 1.00 because he overcharged me. Ask for your receipt and check it out. They are ripping you off charging more than the listed price for grill items and sodas.
I had high hopes for this 7 – 11 when they opened but with time I’ve become disappointed with them.
My recent visit was as example — after getting my food I headed to the window counter to eat it. Just in front of me a self centered hipster came in to get his amazon package out of the drop off machine there. He takes ¹⁄₃ of the counter for diners and leaves his trash there, another third to spread out his personal papers and set up a temporary office. This left the rest of us only ¹⁄₃ of the counter which was dirty with food spills and right over the smelly trash hole in the counter to eat our food.
Considering this a$$clown did not even buy anything there I would have asked him to leave with my foot if I ran the place. Sadly this is not the only time I’ve had problems there just trying to grab a bite. Later on this gets even better when I go in only find a smelly homeless guy lurking near the dining counter. It looks like he has been camped out by their ATM. I have nothing against the homeless but no one should be camped out in a private business especially by the ATM — what are this guy’s intentions?
It is obvious the place is getting out of control and dining counter area is not regularly cleaned. I know from personal experience if you are a hipster trash on the counter does not bother you. I’ve seen similar instances where hipsters just put their food on top of others trash and eat lunch. I guess your parents did not teach you common health sanitation as a kid…
Overall I’ll pass on this place and so apparently does the staff here. I never see the same people working here more than a few weeks…

If you’ve seen one 7-​Eleven, then you have basically seen them all, the only thing that this place offers that not all locations do; is whole pizzas to go and rotating meal deals. In a city where cash is king, this is one of the only places left that offers a quick bite to eat that won’t break the bank.

Conveniently located on the same block as my office building, I often stop into this location for daily necessities. This location is clean and has a variety of products from snacks to beverages to medications. Though it is a small location I have found just about anything that I could want or need from a convenience store. Also, there are rarely any lines at this location.
Side Note: this location had some Excedrin Migraine… Life Saver.

This 7-​Eleven is a small one. It is great to run in and grab a quick drink, whither it be an energy drink, a soda, coffee, slurpee, etc. As well as you can get your lotto ticket, cigarettes, and hot dogs here. They have a small snack section as well.
The best part of this 7-​Eleven is that they have the Amazon Lockers. These are great for people who work in the Financial District during the day. You can have your packages delivered to the lockers, instead of having it delivered while your at work and having the possibility of your package being taken from your door step. You can then pick up your package (and a slurpee) when its most convenient for you!
