Airport Wireless

when i went looking for a decent pair of earbuds for my 6 hour flight, i’m glad i found airport wireless. Chris and Neftali took great care of me and explained all the pros and cons of each pair. I forget who was who but one of them was really focused on what I was looking for and not pushing things that were more expensive, just to make a sale. very friendly and welcoming, customer service was great. thanks for a pleasant experience! :)

Buying at an airport terminal can be a risky thing. What happens if a product breaks? I had such a great experience with Airport Wireless that I wanted to share: I purchased a Samsonite rolling suitcase and within about a month it started falling apart. I don’t know if I was beating it up or if it was defective but I happened to be at San Francisco airport and asked the manager what could he do. Jimson immediately offered to replace the bag with a new one.
That’s service! and for that I am a loyal customer and whenever I come through the United terminal I seek out this store to stock up on covers, chargers and any other the other accessories they stock up on. Staff is very helpful and not pushy.
By the way, looking at the business card that Jimson gave me, seems they have a few other stores: tech showcase, tech in a sec, sound balance and tech interaction.
