ACS definitely understands the definition of «World Class Customer Service». If you need them, there’s always a way to reach a real person that you can clearly understand by phone 24×7.
They are not the cheapest but you do get the kind of customer service that you pay for in this world. Keith has been in the business for 20+ years. You do get top-​notch customer service but not necessary over the top prices.
They provided computer repair and consulting to the company ABHOW that I use to work for for over 15 years. They provided computer repair, hardware purchases, Internet service, application consulting and overall IT strategy.
I recommend them without hesitation. Anything IT related, ACS is the go-​to company.
