As it has always been — an excellent experience and finished frame/​mat from Aspect. Used to work with Lon. This time worked with the new owner Matthew. He’s an honest master framer with a precise eye, and his ideas and helpfulness makes it enjoyable to get prints framed. And still, reasonable price and quick turn-​around time if needed. Will return.

Lon helped me take a momento that I had been holding onto for years, and turned it and a couple of concert ticket stubs into a piece of artwork I had been wanting for a long time. He had great suggestions for the frame right off the bat, and in a short time we had worked out how to create the piece I wanted. He was communicative while building it, kept me apprised of when he thought it would be done, and I am very glad I took it to him.

Able to get art work poster framed. Was very helpful in picking correct frame, color, and glass type that worked for the poster and my budget. Got no-​frills for $ 140 on a ~ 4′ x 2′ poster size. Confessed that wasn’t perfectly centered, but barely noticeable. Definitely see personal craftsmanship and care going into his job. Would recommend for price and price: quality ration unbelievable. Plan on having other artwork posters framed.

Lon is great. This was my first framing experience and I had no idea what type of frame would work best. Some how Lon was able to sort through his vast collection of frame options and help me narrow down and focus in on my options. He gave honest feedback, whether he thought a style might help or detract from the picture, which was really awesome to have a second opinion. As well, I knew right away that Lon was going to take good care of my picture, no great work of art but special to me and leaving it in hands I trusted was very important. The frame I eventually chose, I would have never imagined existed before I went to Aspect, it’s interesting in itself but compliments the picture and connects it to the rest of the room. Awesome

Tons of different frames to choose from! Lon isn’t pushy and trying to upsell you the whole time but he takes the time to explain all the different types of glass, matting, etc. We had a painting done by an elephant that we bought on our honeymoon and knew we wanted to get it professionally framed. Lon had it done for us in a few weeks and it looks beautiful! Will definitely come back next time I have something that needs framing.

not much to say. they did what they said they’d do and did it in a timely manner. I had to canvasses put on stretchers and they did a fine job. I would go back if their services were required again.

Based on the reviews I saw here, I thought I’d give Aspect Custom Framing a shot. I brought in an old vintage print and Lon helped me pick the perfect frame for it. He’s got a great eye for color and he knew what would work best to compliment the image without overshadowing it. I was thoroughly impressed with his attention to detail and the care he took with the job.

I just had a custom frame done here for a limited edition poster. The girl who helped me pick out the frame was very attentive to the aesthetic I was going for, and suggested a few frames that she thought might work. She was very thorough with going through pricing for different options I was interested it. It took about 2 weeks to get it back, but I love how it came out and this definitely will be my go to place for custom framing.

Don’t know too much about framing, but Lon was helpful, knowledgable, and the frame he helped me choose looks wonderful.

Went in to change the orientation of a large mirror from horizontal to vertical. I had expected to drop it off to be completed later but the owner made the change immediately and charged an extremely nominal fee for the wok. Super jazzed about the event.

I had another great experience working with Lon, 5 years after I came in the first time. I had a piece of art of with a broken frame, and had no idea what I wanted. Lon walked me through a number of options that would looked great and work functionally, which was tough given the odd/​thick dimensions of the piece.
I’m extremely happy with the frame, which greatly improved the artwork itself, and it is proudly sitting in the middle of my living room. The quality of the work was fantastic… it’s a little pricey but worth every penny.
