Ted Astorian was my landlord for a little over 2 years. He was a kind, sweet, older man who would share stories about his grandchildren with you. I never had any problems with him. When something went wrong in the apartment he was on top of making sure that his service people took care of it right away.
Of course I was a good tenant who paid my rent on time every month.
Anyway– he’s cool– normal, down to earth, a good guy.
