Jack shows up to my place an hour late without any apology then proceeds to leave two seconds later after I tell him the boiler is on the roof, muttering «We don’t fuck with the roof.» I had told him about the boiler being on the roof weeks beforehand and more than once. This guy may be good at repairs, but he is rude, not punctual, and not professional.

Business is good for boiler people in San Francisco. They can’t even call you back. You have to call THEM… every-​single-​time.
He may be good, but they are too busy to call you back. I had to call twice to even get a copy of the bid. Ridiculous.
We ended up giving our money to Bridge City Boiler for a new boiler: punctual, attentive, AND they call back.

Jack was punctual, professional and systematic in finding the heating problem. His prices and rates are reasonable and will not pad the hours. A very honest man. We have adopted his company as our go to trouble shooter for our multi residential building.

I agree with previous review. Best old school boiler, heater and water heater engineer. From repairs to new installs they know their stuff better than any company I worked with. Jack will be honest with you and not overcharge you for repairs and does the best new system installs.

Best old school mechanical engineer in SF. You need this guy if you are in an older building with diverse systems. He has the knowledge that the younger guys get gob-​smacked by.
