This restaurant is actually called the Hillside Supper Club, at 300 Precita Ave.
Have their reviews been so bad that they have taken themselves off of Unilocal?
Four of us had dinner here Sat night at 7:00. The restaurant was nearly empty when we arrived, and never filled up.
It was a $ 275 disappointment. There is a lack of attention to detail in the service, and the food is less than great. The $ 8 watermelon salad was stingy – 6 small chunks of watermelon, and a few tiny crumbles of cheese. The Salmon was overcooked. The Zinfindel ($ 13/​glass) was warm. And the very young (high school?) waiter never came back to ask how everything was.
We won’t be back.
