Wow! The first time I walked in this place I suddenly found myself doing the«Time Warp Again» It’s just a jump to the left and then a step to the right and then boom I find a stack of vintage Ebony Mags with Pam Grier on the cover in front of a shelf full of antique cameras and other random eclectic treasures. I instantly fell in love! The owner Tunisia is a sweet, wonderful person that knows her stuff and is very passionate about the Bayview community(which is where I live) so it was very reassuring to know that she was actually from here and not another city. The record selection was fun to go through which she gives a great deal when you get a big stack and let me tell you about CLOTHES! She has so many Coats, Dresses, Shoes… etc. Especially helpful for my random costume needs for whenever SF finds another excuse to throw a street party or ball and get dressed up. The checkout counter is also a jewelry case with some great rhinestones and cameos. I can go on and on about how I ended up hanging out there for almost 4 hours or you can just go there and find out how awesome it is. It’s called the time warp for a reason… you’ve been warned!

great find at the edge of the city. owner was very nice and there are lots of nooks and crannies filled with potential. will be especially nice when they get the café part up and running and you can walk around with a glass of tea in hand… will definitely be back.

Hell Yeah ! Was Stoked to walk in this treasure trove ! Was out in Bay View to pick up my dinner and happened upon what was a new place to me. May no thrift store go unturned. Was in search for a «new» pair of glasses. Not only did I find a pair but, I found TWO. TWO pairs for less than the price of what one would pay for one pair down at some hipster store in the Mission. Tunisia, the righteous woman who owns this shop, was exceptionally helpful. LOVEIT when someone gives you an HONEST opinion — not merely some BS just to make a sale. I was determined to but some frames and she was determined not to allow me to walk out looking like a dork. It’s totally worth the trip to go and check out this awesome shop ! Friday nights there’s a blues jam as well ! Bay View has a lot of wonderful surprises ! Not sure about credit cards — call first 415−312−7600 as I always pay cash.
