Brandon For Hair

I went in and Brandon doesn’t even work there anymore but they said he just left and was walking down the street.

I have been going to Brandon for several years now (except for the short period he was out of the country). He does an outstanding job on a wide variety of hair types and styles. He always takes his time and is very attentive to detail and individual preferences.

Brandon is hands down the best in the city! Accommodating my crazy times, honest, energetic and LOVE the way my hair looks after I leave his handy work. Look no further, he’s the stylist you’ve been looking for.

Brandon is the real deal. If you are looking for one of those rare «gems» of a hair colorist and stylist in SF, you have found it. I highly recommend him for both color and amazing cuts.
Brandon started doing my hair in 2010 when I moved to SF (recommended by a friend), after a horrific cut experience at a random SF salon. I moved out of the area in 2012, and was forced to find others to do my hair. It was one frustrating experience after another (often resulting in tears). No one even came close to nailing my color and cut like Brandon does. He has an intuition and totally «gets» what I want with my hair. Other stylists turned my dark brown hair black — or red — or totally damaged it. Brandon succeeds in achieving the perfect rich chocolate brown color that I like — it always looks super healthy and natural — and he manages to keep my grays away longer than other colorists have. And absolutely no one has succeeded to cut my ultra fine (yet long) hair as awesome as he does. Brandon SERIOUSLY knows how to layer hair!!! — and does a cut that is ideal for your texture, length, and lifestyle. Brandon also really takes the time to listen, talk, look at pictures — whatever is needed to make sure he is exactly clear on what you want. He’s a total perfectionist. Oh and he uses amazing products.
Fortunately I am back in the area, and get to have the best hair stylist EVER doing my hair again! SO happy.

I have seen Brandon for my hair for about 3 or 4 years now and I am so happy with how much care and detail he puts into my hair. Whether it’s a quick trim, or a 5 hour highlighting session, he will stop at nothing to make sure your hair is as fabulous and healthy as possible! Not to mention, all of the lovely products he uses during the wash and style process had such a great effect on my hair as well.
You can really tell Brandon is passionate about what he does. He is the only hair stylist I have ever been to who genuinely listens to what you want, and does his best to make sure it carries out exactly as you want it. Back when I first visited him in 2012, he advised me to cut my hair without layers to ensure that it was as healthy as possible, and to this day it was the best piece of advice I have ever been told about my hair!
I always look forward to my visits with him. He cares so, so much about his clients. I can say with absolute confidence that he is, hands-​down, the best hair stylist in the San Francisco Bay Area.

I first met Brandon years ago when I was looking for a hairdresser for my daughter who needed help managing her very curly hair and we have remained a loyal Brandon customer since. He’s very knowledgeable, detail oriented and passionate about hair. I highly recommend him for cut, color and Brazilian blowouts. the 3 main things we get done time and time again.

There are few things that bring me to a nervous sweat when moving to a new city: Finding a go to happy hour spot, a place to grab breakfast burritos, and of course, a place to get my hair cut.
Thankfully I found Brandon back in 2011 and have been lucky to be his client ever since. For those of you that are on the fence, all I can say is that I highly highly recommend! Brandon is hands down the best — efficient, entertaining, and most importantly, has the ability to give you the «look» that you want.

Brandon is definitely the best when it comes to hair! I have had my hair colored by several different hair stylists in San Francisco for the past 4 years, but no one compares to Brandon! Trust me! The passion he has for his work, the care he has for his clients and his expertise are incomparable. I really appreciate how is never in a rush and always takes his time. Brandon is very passionate about hair and you can definitely tell by how knowledgeable he is. I liked the fact that he took the time to listen to me when I was telling him how I wanted the haircut, and when I shared my previous experience with Keratin. He explained his process and made me feel comfortable with the treatment.
I loved the haircut and the keratin treatment. I am very particular with my hair and I woke up the next day loving my haircut even more. Brandon understands what his clients wants because he listens really well, provides recommendations and explains his process.

Brandon is all about precision. I’ve never seen anyone take as much care about the details of a men’s haircut. I’ve been going to him for 3 years, starting when he was back at his previous studio. He is a talented, and passionate about craft. And, I much enjoy my time hanging out with him. It’s always fun and easy. Gents, you’ll be in good hands with Brandon.

Bandon is back! I had a keratin treatment and haircut, and Brandon took his time to fix an issue I had with my last haircut elsewhere. He’s amazing at what he does and takes his time to listen to what you want. He’s now set up at Salana on Bush St– great little salon. I highly recommend him for a cut, color and/​or keratin treatment– he’s the best.
