Broadway Studios Venue

I attended an ugly sweater holiday party here. The music wasn’t good but I don’t know if it was the venue or the organizer’s responsibility. The place was okay. The only thing that stood out was that the front door security and the bar tenders were really nice.

I attended the Wrangle’s conference for Data Scientists, which is sponsored by Cloudera.
The venue is great. the setting and the environment are wonderful. It is the best conference that I have attended to without exhausting myself! Will look into hosting my own parties and events at the Broadway Studios!

Broadway studio is a great place for hosting events. They got everything from A to Z for either social events or Corporate events.
Great services, helpful employees, good tasting food, nice A/​V setup and and many more. I have hosted events at Broadway Studios and I have been always happy and never had problems.
My attendees have loved this place because it is different than all the other venues and hotels.

An overall great place for a variety of events. I’ve attended conferences here as well as large dance parties featuring live entertainment. It is professionally run and the staff is friendly, very helpful and accommodating. They go out of their way to make sure you have an enjoyable experience. Also, the secure parking next door is an added plus.

The venue itself was fine, but the service was not. My biggest complaint was with the coat check. When I got to Broadway Studios, I checked in my suit jacket, expecting it to still be there later in the night when I wanted to pick it up. I was wrong.
At the end of the night, I handed the employee at the coat check my ticket. It was then that I learned that someone else’s jacket, not my own, had been placed on the hanger corresponding to my ticket. While I wasn’t happy to learn that my jacket was lost, mix ups happen and I figured that it could be tracked down somehow. However, when I spoke to the manager about finding it, she was less than helpful. When I told her that the jacket on the hanger was not my own, she repeatedly accused me of lying. While I tried to work with her to resolve this situation, my emails and calls ultimately were ignored and I had to purchase a new jacket out of pocket.
If you have any intention of using the coat check here, make sure you are checking in something that you don’t mind losing. There’s a reason why they have a sign that says that «Broadway Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen items.»

This place rocks. Historical place, beautiful structure, good sound system, friendly staff, great setup for conference and seminar and overall great venue for event.
I have been to this place for parties and tech conferences. I have enjoyed every moment of it.
I would recommend this place for all you social event and corporate event.

I thought I posted earlier, but maybe just wrote on Facebook. What a great event we had one month ago at Broadway Studios! I’m just looking at all the pictures from my daughter’s Bat Mitzvah and really can’t get over how this venue really made a huge difference in the feel of our party. It was a fantastic event.
The place looked beautiful, the staff was friendly and attentive, the food was terrific, everyone danced all night long and Francesca really added her own special touches to make it a perfect occasion for my daughter and my family and all 115 people that attended the event. Everyone danced for 4 hours straight! The projector screens are fantastic for showing videos and slideshows, the balcony is a cool place to hang out and get away from it all (though most of my guests didn’t take advantage of that). We even did a balloon drop at the end that was really cool. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was that we had a few miscommunications during the planning that I was uncomfortable with. It all worked out great and I can’t say enough nice things about Francesca. I would highly recommend Broadway Studios to anyone planning a fun party (corporate event, Bar/​Bat Mitzvah, Wedding etc.)!! It’s not your typical country club, hotel conference room setting! I love this place as an event venue. It’s spacious, and I love the old theater feel to it. Once you enter Broadway Studios, you walk up a flight of stairs and walk down the main hallway to get to either a reception area or main stage area. There’s also an upstairs balcony that has a green room. Francesca and her crew made setup and cleanup easy for us. The main stage area is built for rigging and projection, which is great. The only iffy part was the food. The catered lunch was incredible, but breakfast and coffee break snacks were obviously just sweets from Costco. But overall they are flexible with logistics, which saves us some stress. Overall there are plenty of possibilities to craft your event here, whether its for entertainment or professional development. Check it out!

I was here the other week for the first time for a company event. I was excited to check out the venue as I’ve heard good things about the area. When I arrived, I realized otherwise. It was a really run down and old venue.
Food was disgusting. Me and my friends had to literally spit it out.
To make things worse, the staff was really rude. Never coming back again.

This place is amazing. Helpful staff, big capacity, amazing owners. Couldn’t recommend it more.

We held a 150-​person event at Broadway, on short notice, and Francesca and her team were incredible. The space itself was versatile — stage, bar, separate areas, balcony — and quite full of character. Ours was a business-​y affair, but from the looks of the trapeze lines and disco ball hanging from the ceiling, you could hold some epic parties there as well. Great location, great venue, extraordinarily friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Held large conference at Broadway Studios, and so glad we did. Price was perfect and the staff went well out of there way to help make the day a success!

It’s a very sad story about this place. It’s obviously seen much brighter days and with the right management it could perhaps even shine again someday. But as long as that backwards Russian Chernobyl turd named Karl lurks around grunting, scowling, and stealing money from promoters who try to breathe life into the place, I’m afraid it will remain a din of putridity. The one star I give it is just an impetus for you to go there yourself and smell his foul stench for yourself.

Was here for 2 friends’ birthday party. Great place for private events, plenty of street parking around the area even on a Saturday night. Very nice staff… they gave us a lot of freedom and did not create any fuss. The bartenders were awesome too. I didn’t want any alcohol so ordered a ginger ale and one of them offered to make me a mocktail for free with a literal + proverbial cherry on top!
If my opinion counts — I APPROVE!

Broadway Studios is an amazing venue for your private event! They are super accommodating and will bend over backwards to get everything done so that you dont have to worry about a thing.
The venue it self is huge. Three bars, a huge stage for a band, projector screens, booths, tables, large dance floor, etc etc. anything your heart can desire.
I would totally do my birthday or a corporate event there again.
A+ highly recommended!

This place is a hot mess, so if you are too that’s fine.
Bartenders take FOREVER. I went on a big weekend and there were 2… 2 bartenders! It took about 20 minutes. I ordered myself and my friend 2 drinks each because I couldn’t be bothered to wait in line again.
It’s a fun night if you want a club night out but nothing fancy or slutty. Go here if you want to get wasted. If you’re sober, even in the slightest, it will be a total miss.

This venue is unique. It’s definitely dated, but without being disgusting. Huge dance floor, and we were able to sit at a table.
Staff are pretty damn nice; friend of a friend threw up all over the floor next to a table and this woman didn’t come over to clean it up until we left the table. Holy shit.

Randomly came in here one night, liked it so much, came back. Depending on the time and night, you’ll find either a (cover) band playing or dancers on stage. Cool vibe, everyone appears relaxed and happy, it never got too crowded. No line at the door, no line at the bar, life is good. Lights are everywhere and tend to move with the music. Last nights band Japanese Girl (cover band) were quite good.
There are (2) rooms in the space, I like staying in the main room so I can watch the entertainment on Stage =)

Went here for a private event on a Thursday. The place was all decked out with wedding décor and designs.
The staff was pretty friendly and was quick to pick up garbage and used plates from all the hors d’oeuvres keeping the place clean and safe
Place is a good size and looks like they normally have like concerts and stand-​up comedy, but you can book em for special events too. I’m not sure if it was the acoustics or if the music was turned too loud, but it didn’t sound too good with the live bands thumping their sets.
Fairly large area with high ceilings and even an upstairs area. Was a little cramped with all the décor and many people, but that was to be expected.
