Been writing to this department for ages and nothing really has changed. They just tell the department that is doing wrong, someone is on to them and to change. Unless the person one is reporting on is cheating on the city itself, nothing will be done about it.
My department found out about my complaints and when I checked with the Ethics Commission, nothing. They just took notes.
