Paul is amazing! He is very knowledgable about rodents and caring to help get them scurried out! I appreciate his excellent service and Crane is lucky to have him.

Crane helped me out with a horrible spider problem. Paul, the technician they sent over, was fantastic. Very knowledgable and patient. He didn’t immediately prescribe an expensive treatment (as I expected him to), instead he was deliberate about figuring out the source of the problem and habits of the insects. He stopped by the apartment a couple times and in between visits, followed up meticulously. Turns out I didn’t even need an expensive treatment plan, instead I just needed to clear out a few spider-​loving items from my apartment, and Paul discovered the spider’s nest and was able to simply sweep that away. Whew!

My husband had the unfortunate experience of working for Crane and found that they are the most dishonest company out there. As a pest control technician with over 20 years of experience, he was dragged down by this company and hen pecked. They are insulting to their employees and an employee who is humiliated and treated poorly will result in a unhappy worker, which, in some people, may show in their work. Warning: I wouldn’t recommend anyone working for this company unless you want to listen to constant unfair badgering from the managers of Crane and blaming employees on pest control issues that are uncontrollable. The company obviously uses cheap chemicals that do not work on eliminating pests from certain businesses and that’s how they make their money — by suggesting that businesses be serviced several times a week. Don’t hire them for pest control and don’t work for them.

I was having a major ant crisis. I tried some ant traps that I found at my local hardware store, no dice. They were everywhere… in my plants, in my pantry, in my sink. Gross!
Crane didn’t have a lot of reviews and the few they had weren’t great, but my landlord did the choosing. Their guy showed up precisely on time and worked quickly and efficiently, wish I remembered his name :/​. The ants immediately were all over his bait and a few days later were gone, never to return.
Very happy with the outcome, unsure about the cost since the bill went to my landlord.

What kind of rating can you give when you have bed bugs both before and after thermal heating is used by Crane Pest Control who subleased the work out to Orkin Pest Control and neither one got rid of the bed bugs?
What kind of rating can you give when you have Crane Pest Control come out three times in four months for roach infestation and afterwards, you still have roaches?
And no follow-​up on either situation. They don’t call to inquire if the situation is the still the same or improved. You pay the money and you get — whatever.
