I really am not exaggerating a group of cleaners came and swept through the community, SCRUBBING I mean paying attention to every detail! It smells like pine clean and is so, so clean, I wish you could smell my on site office now! They are shampooing the carpets for FREE, and maintain them, not to mention they are excited to machine scrub the tile floors. I am so happy to have them!
I am giving an honest rating in response and very surprised by the poor Unilocal reviews. The community and the owners couldn’t be happier! I personally met with Michelle and I hope this rating might persuade others to try her services. I have been in Property Management for 7+yrs and know 1^st hand, when you have strong vendors you have a strong community. I am confident trying them once, you would end your search!

The owner of this company Michelle Redding is extremely unprofessional and lies. We took over the management of an HOA and she refused to give us a copy of the janitorial contract in two properties located in the East Bay. We cancelled the service due to this and the lack of cleaning at the properties. She is someone you don’t want to do business with. Trust me! There are other companies out there that can give you better service and are professional. Below is a copy of her threating email:
