I wish there was a 0 rating available. I should have learned my lesson from previous experiences. I have ordered from here before for delivery. Most times it has taken more than an hour to arrive… only 3 blocks away. The food is mediocre at best… cold and poorly put together. I have tried to give them the benefit of doubt… maybe someone is having a bad day or they are new. Today was the final time I patronize them. I ordered a steak sandwich with ketchup and onions only, 2 orders of french fries crispy and 2 sodas. 2 hours and 3 phone calls later, the delivery guy arrives… no change to break a bill and no mention of the time it took. When I opened the package, not only was the food cold, it was not what I ordered. The sandwich had mustard, mayo, lettuce, tomato and more hot peppers than meat. The fries were wet and mushy. When I called the restaurant, for the 4th time, the girl on the line told me that she«didn’t have the authority to do anything about it». Unless you absolutely need to eat here… DONOT!!! The food and the service are horrible. AVOIDIT!!!

Review is for extremely unpleasant service and below average mushroom pizza slice. If I could give a negative star rating, I’d go for it. If they clearly can’t be bothered being nice, no reason why I should give them business. The owner behind the counter grumpily took my request. You have to pay upfront and wait for the food. I always tip AFTER the meal based on the quality of meal and service– and usually people have the decency to ask«how much should I make it» & «would you like the receipt» if they are really keen on tips before service. This person just seemed too audacious. The cashier just decided to keep my change — and gave me a long look when I asked for my receipt. I ate in a slice which tasted really below ordinary(mushroom topping) mildly warmed up. When I requested for ketchup the server guy looked hassled. On my way out I requested my $ 0.50 cents in quarters(I needed them for the parking meter & besides didn’t really feel the poor service deserved my tips) and these guys asked to look at my receipt. They gave me my quarters super reluctantly and held on to the receipt– which I had to remind them I need back. Many of us folks need our coffee and dining receipts for reimbursement so I didn’t understand the need for them to be so judgmental. I had barely stepped out of he restaurant and was waiting for the traffic light to change when I heard the cashier ramble off super audibly about the receipt and the change and saying mean things about me. A RUDE food joint seems like mostly for take out(which they seem to mess up on routine) and no wonder they are riddled with one star reviews– they just don’t give a fuck. Never going back.

I ordered the carnitas burrito and chile verde. The carnitas had no flavor, and for some reason, the tortilla tasted like it it was a week old and they revived it in old oil that should have been discarded weeks ago. The chile verde was the same, bland, no spice or even a hint of flavor. It sure is hard to get decent Mexican food north of The Mission.

Review is for the regular burrito I got delivered to my job for lunch. In the instructions I wrote NOBEANSPLEASE. Not only did I get no beans but I got no meat and no cheese either. Just a big ass tortilla stuffed with rice. Only rice. Nothing but rice. Is it because I typed no beans please in caps? If that’s the case I’m sorry! I’m sorry but no one deserves a rice only«burrito». I didn’t even know it was only rice till I got about halfway in and realized something was very wrong. Then I opened it up thinking«there’s no way in hell it’s just rice. Maybe the meat and cheese are at the bottom». But nope. There was nothing. I’m willing to give the place a second chance if I get to sit down, look someone in the eye and say no beans please. Maybe eating in is a different experience. Let’s hope.

Review is for the pizza, it’s delicious and I’m happy they offer slices. However it was a bit pricey. My guess is the competition on the corner left and they can get away with charging more. I have not tried the Mexican food here so I don’t know how it tastes. Pizza is tops though.

If I could rate with 0 stars I would. We walked by this place on our way home and were super hungry, so we decided to get some food to go. We ordered one burrito and one quesadilla. It didn’t take very long(maybe 10 minutes?) to prepare. When we get home, we realize they have given us 2 burritos. No quesadilla. And the burrito ordered withOUT beans and sour cream had way to much of both. I called and they said they would make the quesadilla but I’d have to walk all the way back to pick it up. The food was awful. When I got home with the quesadilla, I was shown three thick black hairs nested inside the ordered burrito. I almost threw up it was so gross. Over $ 20 for trash. Never again.

Restaurant familial.

All the other people giving bad reviews sound like dumbass idiots who know nothing of how the restaurant business works. My New Year’s Day order arrived on time, correct, and quite good. It’s not fine dining food! It’s burrito and quesadillas and fajitas. It was good AND they deliver wine. What else do you need or expect?

The pizza is delicious. We get it all the time. We have tried pizza from other places in Hayes valley and the surrounding neighborhoods and so far this is the best.

This place is pathetic. The pizza is the only thing that’s edible. The burritos are about 97% rice and beans and 3% meat and even then they aren’t good. The sandwiches are mediocore. They supposedly serve ribs here too. Considering it takes 15 minutes to get a burrito even if no one else is in the«restaurant» and 4 people are standing around in the kitchen, there’s no way I’d wait an hour for some ribs from who knows where. I have been here over 50 times and have never been impressed. The service is so-so and the food is never good. The reason I keep going back is I’m stuck attending school around the corner 4 nights a week and no one else is open late and serving quick food. Go getters has me by the balls and not in a way pleasurable way. Bottom line is the food is not very good, the staff is lazy and unfriendly and the price isn’t that great for the quality of food being served. Stay away unless you’re starving and desperate to eat.

I paid $ 3 for guacamole and got half an avocado. I paid $ 1.50 for a spoonful of pico de gallo. Don Agapito’s, you are dead to me.

I’ve read a lot of scathing reviews of this place. I don’t know about the adjoining deli, but I can vouch for the tacos. I had three tacos today. It’s meat, onion and cilantro. Corn tortillas. I tried Al Pastor, Spicy Chicken and Carnitas. I would say above-average, but not great. I wanted to go to another place today, but it was closed. So, it goes to say, 90% of life is just showing up. I’m going back for a second try.

Vote me into the Bass-Ackwards Hall of Fame. I was hungry for Mexican food. I logged into a delivery app and found this joint. I ordered some Mexican food. THEN I went onto Unilocal and saw all the reviews. I laughed at how uniformly awful they were, thinking somebody had a bad experience and then spammed the shit out of the page. And the food arrived. This is, hands down, the worst ever. Somebody suggested there was dog meat. I can only hope that’s what it was. These people ought to be ashamed of themselves for dolloping out such crap. It is really, really, really, really, really bad. Beyond bad. Or, as Vivian C said, Awful, awful, awful. And like Sachin, I wanted to leave zero stars.

Shame on you Don Agapito. SHAMEONYOU! I’ve literally never cooked worse food myself and I can barely make Mac and cheese… The fact that this place is business at all is astonishing. I’m 100% convinced it is a front for drug dealing and money laundering. I’m not a picky eater at all and I’m utterly offended by the Carne Asada plate I just tried to eat. Please just deal drugs out of your basement and turn this place into a Taco Bell. Even Del Taco would be a massive step up.

Awful, awful, awful. This restaurant might win the award for worst restaurant in San Francisco. We were being lazy on New Year’s Day and decided to order some junky food. Placed an order through , and then waited. And waited and waited. After about an hour, I called Don Agapito’s, and the lady who answered the phone said that she was waiting for the delivery guy to come back, so it would be about another 20 minutes. 30 minutes pass by, and still no food. I call again, and am told the same thing: delivery guy is out, waiting for him to come back and pick up the food to deliver to us. Since the wait was starting to get ridiculous, I asked for a full refund. They offered a 30% discount, which was later applied to our order. Our food finally came about 2 hours after we ordered. During the wait time, I chatted with an rep, who called the restaurant on my behalf. The rep then told me that the restaurant manager said that New Year’s Day was the busiest day of the year, thus they were slow to handle orders today. Well, we had already looked up this place on Unilocal(after we ordered, unfortunately), and saw the many reviews that consistently complained of extremely slow service. So, the whole busy-New-Years-Day explanation wasn’t quite so believable. Also, the food was TERRIBLE. Barely edible. I ordered a quesadilla suiza with chicken and a soft taco with chicken. That was probably the worst quesadilla and taco I’d eaten in my life. The quesadilla cheese was waxy and flavorless, and the chicken was weird and awful. I opened it up to take a look at it, and it was even aesthetically ugly and messy. The taco was also terrible — super bland, with no salsa or pico de gallo or flavoring of any sort, and they put some refried beans in it too, which is something I’ve not seen from any legit taquerias before. In short, both items were awful. I hadn’t eaten in over 20 hours and was starving, but I just couldn’t finish my food so stopped eating and threw away half the quesadilla. This is a case where a restaurant really can’t deliver a service(literally!), so I really don’t think they should be in the business of it at all. The lady I spoke with on the phone said they only had 1 delivery guy, and all these reviews seem to confirm that they have a consistent problem with late delivery. If you really don’t have the capacity to do the job right, then you shouldn’t do it at all. Or at least make a good-faith effort to fix the problem. And I’m so surprised this place is still open, given how awful their food is. It’s like they weren’t even trying. And they likely weren’t. Don Agapito’s wins my vote for worst restaurant in SF. And probably worst restaurant ever.

Wait a minute here. What the fuck. How do I leave 0 stars? This place HAS to be a front for money laundering. The shit is SO bad. They jeep changing their name to avoid their bad reviews. They were once called Go Getters Pizza. The pizza is garbage. You walk in and they literally have no slices in stock. Walk a blck away to Pizza Zone. Tonight we walked in and the dude tried to charge me for a box. Ok. Is a box 10 cents? Not sure but i’ll pay it. Except the receipt showed $ 0.75. These guys are frauds Shitty pizzas Shitty burritos. Shitty service. Awful people. Frauds. Stay away from this place.

Ordered their food through . Food took 2.5 hours to be delivered, came frozen. The restaurant had the nerve to offer me a 30% discount. Threw the food away, and reversed the charge. Wouldn’t bother writing a bad review on a terrible resturant, but since now I see every other review on this place is the same — this is the only way this restaurant can learn it can’t treat their customers abysmally.

Took over 1.5 hours to deliver. THe driver was lost and had no idea how to get me(i live in a very easily accessible safe neighborhood). It was quite frustrating. TO add insult to injury the food was really bad. soggy shells, bland refried beans, and one of the worst beef soft tacos I’ve ever had(and i’ve had some bad ones!).
