I signed up and paid for an airport transfer(from SF to the oakland airport) and they took payment in advance, but then didn’t show up on time. When i called, they first didn’t answer, then said they didn’t know why the driver was late, and said they’d call back. After waiting, with no call back, we finally drove ourselves to the airport. After almost missing our flight, as a result of this debacle, I asked for our money back, and they so far haven’t responded to e-mails or dispute resolution contacts. Next step is a chargeback, and most importantly for the reader of this review is BEWARE. This company also seems to go by World Class Limo Service — with the same phone number. That they didn’t have a proper e-mail address(but were using a free gmail account) should have been my first warning that this might be a straight up fraud …
