Interesting location in the mission right off of 24th Street. Semi friendly staff. I walked in and the woman said nothing to me, but the guy working there came from the back room getting another customer some shoes and asked if there was something he could help me with and I was appalled that this location only sells NIKE brands??? SAY WHAT? ok, well let’s just say that I had to go elsewhere with my business!

Picked up my Gamma XIs on 12⁄21 with no problem.
Although when I called in after I had already got my ticket, on Wednesday or something, I asked what time the last pick up was going to be. They said 6pm.
I remember the manager? telling me when I picked up my ticket that last pick up time was 3pm.
Good thing I stuck by this. I went by at 230pm to pick up my pair and there was a group of people waiting outside to buy any unclaimed pairs. The cut off was 3pm. Had I listened to the employee that said 6pm, my pair wouldve been long gone.
But in terms of the pick up, it was a breeze. Walked in and out in less than 5 minutes.

Customer service is on point upn’ here ! Juls and Kathia rock! They let u shop but they still pay attention to you! They offer to find u shoes that u want but they don’t currently have inthe store. They seem to b genuinely happy people! Thanks ladies! They’ve made me their new customer!

I didn’t even know that this store existed in the middle of Spanish Harlem aka the mission. They had the sneakers i’d been craving along with $ 42 sweatshirts on sale for $ 9.99. The tatted up associate that worked there provided me with great eye candy while I shopped.

It’s one of the smaller Foot Lockers I have been to. They carry general release Jordans, but their inventories don’t seem that high. Then again, they had a few popular sizes of the white cements 3s on hand weeks after release day, and it wasn’t even a restock. It can be one of those hidden gems so to speak, but then again, this area isn’t the safest place to be.

I went to this Foot locker today they had nice sweats on sale $ 14.99 down from $ 24.99 black, blue and gray.
I was there yesterday and got the wrong size. They returned them for the right size NP. The staff is very nice every time I go there.
