GE Towing and Auto Repair

Okay, so if they say, «He’ll be there in 10 minutes, he’s on the highway» just hang up and call somebody else. The translation to this line is, «I could give a xx about you or the time I said I’d be there or the fact that because I lied about when I could come your shop won’t be able to finish your car today.»
I called at 7AM, made an appointment for the tow to arrive at 8:30. My repair shop said if I had it in by 9:30 I would be able to get it back today. It is after 10AM now and still not here. I’ve called twice starting 45 minutes ago and got the same line, «he’s on the highway and will be there in 10 minutes.» Why not just tell me the truth so that I could call somebody else?
Now I won’t have a car this weekend.
Pass this one by and call somebody else. They are not reliable and they’re disorganized (every time I call it’s somebody new who doesn’t care).

Last month, I had to have my car towed from sf to Sunnyvale Volkswagen-​enough said.
Tony, the guy who towed my car was a pretty cool guy and we chatted the extended trip away.
Recently, I had to contact them about a duplicate receipt and Alejandra totally helped me out. So nice. so helpful. I will recommend them to anyone needing tow services. I did have to wait awhile for the tow, hence the 4 out 5.
