I was not particularly happy with Gogol’s performance. We hired them to perform an inspection prior to our home purchase. It seemed that he was not particularly interested in giving an honest assessment of the condition of the house. For instance, the house we were looking at had an old circuit breaker from a company who had major documented issues with breaker failures in the past. Gogol stated both verbally and in writing that the breaker was fine and that we had nothing to be concerned about. After consulting with multiple electricians, there was universal agreement that the breakers should absolutely be replaced as soon as possible to avoid a fire. I feel like I wasted money paying an inspector who provided me with inaccurate information. I would not recommend this vendor.
