Golden Roots Catering had a very small table at the underground food market.

menu: candied yams, beans with rice, $ 3/small plate $ 5/large plate
sampling: bean,? with brown rice
–very tasty, small portion. (scoop or 2). very good for a side dish. yams probably the same. taste worth 4 stars
but reduced to 3 cuz poor marketing skills.

–no large sign about the vender, just small card at base of food tray
–no labeling of food
–no signs suggesting pricing
–no «freebies», not really necessary, but most tables gave freebies
–server friendly, outgoing, congenial
–bascially no activity at table.
