I have a unique perspective on Grateful Gardens, as I used to be an employee! It was years ago when I lived in SF, I worked for Todd for a relatively short time(maybe a year?). I valued the experience then, and still do. We had clients around the Bay Area, and some days I’d work alongside Todd, or go off with another team. Work varied from major hillside projects transformed to new gardens, to maintenance of existing designs. And because the Bay Area is the ideal climate for EVERYTHING, there is a lot of maintenance to be done. But it was a mix of both, so the variation kept things interesting. G.G. is an honest business, clients aren’t over-charged, and Todd is the kind of guy that at the end of the visit stops the truck, puts it into park, gets back out, walks back toward the house, and picks up a stray leaf. With a smile. I recommend him as a gardener and as an employer!
