Day care is one of the most important decisions we could make for our precious child — who is now 12 months old.
We have had him with Happy Family Child Care and Karen starting when he was 3 months old, 5 days a week, until now and likely for the foreseeable future.
— We love that Karen and the other providers are so caring, loving, and attentive to the children here.
— We love that Karen gives us daily updates — morning and evening, and we actively discuss our child’s care in person, and over email/​WeChat. The communication is great.
— We love that our child can learn Cantonese here.
— We love that Karen proactively teaches our child new skills all the time.
— We love that Karen proactively looks after our child’s dietary needs and discusses them with us frequently.
— We love that the facility is upstairs (not in the garage), is clean and airy, and has lots of toys, books, etc.
— We love that the other kids at this daycare facility are also well adjusted, happy, and love playing with Jackson!
— We love that every morning, our child perks up and has a huge smile as he arrives at daycare, and receives a wonderful send-​off in the evening when we take him back.

This is the best provider I have ever met. The provider is nice and patient to the kids; informative for the parents. I stay with this daycare for more than 3 years, and my daughter still go to this daycare now. My son and daughter have a wonderful time in this daycare. After my daughter go to preschool, I would like to keep in touch with this provider because I think she is really a nice and kind person.
