Don’t go to this dentist. I would not recommend this dentist. They are unreliable and bad time management. My girlfriend came in at 245 for her appointment and of course expecting to start at that time. But she didnt. The front desk receptionist says that another client came in late and therefore have to serve them first. so me and my girlfriend waited an hour for our appointment because of another client late arrival. This isn’t the first time that had happened to us. It’s been 4 – 5 times and they don’t even know how to clean teeth. Their offices is nice but the service is bad. They also told us that they will call in half an hour to tell us to come back, but they didnt. I wouldn’t recommend this dental office to anyone.

Dr. Chou help me with my root canal. She was really patient and considerate. I didn’t feel any pain! She’s always smiling and all the people who works there are all nice and professional!

As of 6÷4÷2012 — Dr Thai’s office has been completely remodeled!

I’ve used Helen Thai for the last 2+ year. Located in the Mandarian Towers on the 4th floor in Chinatown.
She is really funny which puts me at ease since every time I go to the dentist I get all nervous! She takes her time, explains and goes over my options.
Lastly, she does good work AND it’s PAIN FREE! Hell YES!!! Whew!
I would recommend her to anyone.
