Jamba Juice

They’re super slow in the mornings (which is weird, because the place was packed), but I have to give a shoutout to Monica. The times I’ve been here, she’s been working the register, and it’s unbelievable how pleasant she is, especially at 7am. She has a great, calming energy and seems to really know what she’s doing, helping out where needed whenever she can. From what I see, she runs the place!

This place rotates it’s staff a lot, and their mixers are just okay. I find that the more expensive and fresher ingredients are skimped on in favor of the cheaper Frozen stuff. These things combine to leave lots of large Frozen chunks in the drink, and generally the ratio is off and it doesn’t taste as it should.
They overcharge significantly, and skimp on the good stuff. Buy your own ingredients and invest in a good blender, you’ll be better off, richer, and healthier

False advertising! My Monday morning was really disturbed after getting a greens & ginger smoothie here. One of the ingredients listed is LEMON. One sip in, I knew something was wrong. This has to be lemonade; it’s way too sweet. Sure enough, I pulled up the online menu and only there (not on the menu board) is the juice ingredient LEMONADE. That is so wrong! Some people need to monitor the amount of non-​fruit sugar they consume. Talk about a crime against health.
I do like their orange carrot carma — lowest calorie drink up there I believe. But now I’m starting to doubt if it’s real.

At one time, Jamba Juice had great oatmeal. Hot berries, in and out in a few minutes. Not to mention the $ 1.00 Wednesday specials that have long gone. So I go in and get oatmeal with berries and brown sugar. The berries are frozen and when I get to work my oatmeal is warm. Not hot. A couple months ago, I bought another oatmeal and it was thick. Like it had not been stirred or something. I have made bad oatmeal at home but it was not even close to this stuff. It was horrible.

After too many bad experience from 865 Market St. I decided to travel a lil further for better service and consistency in portion of the smoothies. This is my new favorite store. I usually go there in the morning. Twice I visit this location and there is always a cashier who is very friendly. Asian man in a face mask. I guess allergies. I don’t mind at least he’s keeping it sanitary. I’m a germaphobic. I always watch what they’re making And see if they’re washing their hands and/​or wearing gloves prior to making drinks/​energy bowls. After they handle cash or dealing with juicing. My main reason is the nice cashier. She was working there 10 – 10:30am the time I was there. I’m always a tipper If I’m a satisfied customer who received friendly and good service

It wasn’t a horrible place, but the service was all that great. Use usually I have more to say, but nothing comes to mind unfortunately.

Jazzy and Ceci are super sweet. How nice is it that on a Friday morning during a long work week when my spirits are just as low as all the worker bees, that I pass by Jamba Juice and am greeted by a very happy and friendly, Jazzy?!

Seasonal pumpkin almond milk is really good! A little on the sweeter side but still very tasty.

I love me some smoothies from Jamba Juice, believe me! But the management and service here is TERRIBLE!!!

Thank you to the two gentleman working here on Labor Day that accommodated this lady dying from the heat.
I came in five minutes before closing time, and rather than being shooed away or hissed at (like I’ve had done to me at a Jamba Juice in Antioch), they politely asked for my order and accepted my coupons! They didn’t rush me at all! Such kindness!
I was out the door in less than five minutes with my Strawberries Wild and some orange thing for a friend. Three cheers for this Jamba Juice location!!!

JAMBaaaaaaaaaaa! It’s the best, truly.
The only improvement I would make is as follows …
When an associate is handling a beverage — or other item awaiting customer consumption — please do not speak over the food/​beverage. We all broadcast saliva when conversing … when we are projecting our voice, more that usual. So please, do not spit on or in menu items. Think about it. when one is holding a prepared beverage for example … calling out the name of the individual who ordered that «Orange Dream Machine»… please make certain the lid is on the cup and straw is in place (still covered — thank you for that), prior to speaking over my beverage, etc. or better yet, hold the item off to the side. Truly, is this too much to ask? Think about the straw business. That is obviously part of company protocol for reasons of hygiene. The same applies to not introducing your saliva to the product you are selling.

Over this place, service has gotten so bad. Walked in today to grab a pre-​made juice and walked out after not being checked out in a few minutes. The whole point of the pre-​made is in and out. There were only three people waiting for juices in there at the time

Gute Smoothies! So eine Kette bräuchten wir hier auch — wird sicher nicht mehr lange dauern. Zu den «normalen» Smoothies aus Früchten oder Gemüse (grüné Smoothies), die es übrigens ins etlichen Variationen gibt, kann man hier verschiedene «Booster» zusätzlich auswählen: Protein (Whey oder Soja), Chia, Guarana etc.
Leider nicht «organic» aber dennoch lecker. Zusätzlich gibt es noch ein paar Snacks, die ich nicht porobiert habe!
Alle Smoothies gibt in 3 Größen. Wenn ich dran denke, hätte ich jetzt gerne einen…

This Jamba Juice is a solid option if you’re in the Financial District and craving something quick and healthy-​ish.
Here’s what I liked:
+The interior is bright, shiny, and clean.
+The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
+They’ll get you in and out in a jiffy!
+Although the menu leans a bit on the sweet smoothie side, there are plenty of options to make your drink a little better for you.

It’s a Jamba Juice in the FiDi– not much more to say. They seem to be pretty well staffed so you never feel like you’re waiting too long and the workers are friendly. I hadn’t been to Jamba in a while and I’m glad to see they have changed their menu to add greens to some smoothies! I guess my ONE gripe would be that both their soy protein and whey protein both have soy in them (well ok, obvi the first one), and I’m not a big fan of soy in general.

I am a big fan of jamba juice so I frequent the stores a few times a week all across the Bay Area. This one in particular is hands down THE BEST. If there are awards for best retail store at the company — they should win! The morning team is always friendly — you get greeted as soon as you hit the door. They are quick — I walked in at 8:50am. I ask one of the team members if it was possible to get my large Tropical Greens over ice with ginger in 7 minutes because I had a 9am meeting. She said of course and that she would handle it personally. I was out of there slurping on my drink within 5 minutes. That has got to be a record.
They know how to take care of their customers.
Adore this efficient and friendly team — give them all a raise!

I fell off the green smoothie wagon when I had my daughter and generally abandoned the idea of making my own breakfast, but after years of watching coworkers come in with these smoothies every day and hearing that they make ones with kale, I gave Jamba Juice a shot.
The smoothies are pretty damn sweet, but it’s crazy convenient when paired with the app to order ahead, and I’m feeling a smidge healthier as a result!
Also, bonus points for the hyper-​friendly staff: they are incredibly cheerful despite the masses of glassy-​eyed, low-​blood-​sugar breakfast smoothie indecision zombies they face every morning. Is this why I should start having wheatgrass shots?

It took at least 20 minutes after paying to get a fruit thing. 20 minutes! Gar.

My smoothie was chunky and watery but I noticed one of the guys, Robert is extremely chipper and well mannered so kudos to him.
Other than that, during the lunch rush today at 12, this place did pretty well in grinding out smoothies.
4 stars overall but the final 3 star rating is because of my chunky smoothie. Getting strawberries stuck in my straw while I try to get to the smoothie bits is a bit sad.
Willing to bump it up if my smoothie comes out the way it should on my next visit.

I mean, it’s Jamba Juice. You know exactly what to expect. You know you’ll get a top notch juice or smoothie, and you know you’ll get it super fast. The folks behind the register have always been really friendly too, which is just as refreshing as the drink itself.
In terms of location, this Jamba Juice is in the perfect spot. It’s a quick walk from the office if I want to go in the middle of the day, and it’s close to many other good lunch spots in the FiDi area. It also seems to never be crowded: not in the morning, not around lunchtime (they do serve food, you know), and not ever in the afternoon. I’m not complaining!
