Wow, shocked. I just called to inquire about service on my washer, he answered the phone, I explained my spin cycle issue, and he said «tomorrow. Not today. Tomorrow. Bye» and hung up on me. Ummm… Nope not tomorrow, NEVER. Very poor business.

If you need a used refrigerator or stove, he’s your man! I was out jogging one day when I saw this beautiful Kenmore stove with dual-​temperture ovens and big, honkin burners. (My old apt stove was the kind you have to light with a match while asphyxiating yourself.)
Got the stove (refurbished and like new) plus delivery, installation, and a side trip to pick up a used dishwasher from Craigslist downtown, all for about the price you’d pay for installation and delivery (sans stove) at a regular store – about 80% LESS than what I would have paid for new! Great bargain. Very friendly and helpful; and passionate about their stoves. Seriously.
PS. They’re changing their signage, so it may no longer say «Jose’s» but just look for the stoves on the sidewalk and you can’t miss it.
