Walk into this little shop and you’ll find what makes this city awesome. There’s a few rows of freezers and an army of women(a.k.a. aunties) making dumplings by hand: respect. Buy a bag or two or three take them home and boil or steam them. Boom. Done. Amazing flavor. They have the rundown of what you want: Soup Dumplings, Shrimp, Lamb, Chicken… you name it. Buns and chinese pancakes too. Personally I really like the simple plain bun(man-tou). If you need a gallon of chinese hot sauce, you can pick that up here too. I’d recommend steaming the dumplings and buns. Thrown the pancake on a skillet. And you got the best dimsum, at home, no wait. Legit and life-changing.

Buy frozen dumplings here, take them home, boil for 10 – 12 minutes, and enjoy the finest homemade dumplings you ever thought you could make. Buy dumplings in bulk and keep them frozen for dumplings on-demand. The women making them are nothing less but hard core.

I came here 2 days in a row already there are ladies working hard making dumplings. Its not a restaurant but they sell homemade dumplings frozen in a bag and the dumplings are really good. I bring them to work and i turn on my rice cooker boil the water and place them in the cooker close the lid 10 mins later the dumplings are ready to eat and with their dumpling garlic or spicy sauce… whew your in heaven!

This is not a restaurant. The restaurant with the same name is down the street. Do you want to eat homemade dumplings at home and don’t want to make them? This is the place to buy them. There are a 25+ types of dumplings sold here(pork, chicken, shrimp, lamb, vegetarian, etc) and all of them are made here in house. You can see the group of ladies in the other room creating these yummy morsels of goodness. Make sure to ask what’s fresh. Most of the times, you can get dumplings that haven’t been frozen yet! Besides dumplings, they also carry buns, Chinese pancakes, etc. This isn’t a fancy grocery store. Just a room with some freezers and fridges. My recommendation is to get whatever is fresh. I’d supplement that with some pork & chives and pork & Napa cabbage dumplings. If you don’t know how to make you’re own dumpling sauce, the one they sell(not made in house) is pretty good. Enjoy!
