Kason: your time is valuable as others! Apparently you forgot that and that is the reason you keep people waiting only because you are busy.

I went Open House touring one Saturday, it was probably during late March or early April. I came across a property in the Outer Sunset marketed by this company. For me, the real estate agent there was the absolute worst I ever encountered. The agent’s name: Lily Cao. What a snob! For one thing, she didn’t even give a friendly or at least decent, acknowledging greeting like most reasonable agents. She gave me a stuck-up look like what business I had there. The greeting that she did give sounded very cold. Did she think she is some hotshot agent or something? So what if she is in the process of speaking to some old couple? That brings up another thing. At the time she was pushing that couple(using Chinese) the idea that they must bid higher than the asking price. Now I understand how the market works and the different pricing schemes. Therefore sometimes this may be necessary, especially if it is priced low in the first place. However, I feel that her act was very low class considering that she is the selling agent. It should be between the buyer and their agents to decide if bidding up is necessary, and not for the selling agent to be pushing(bullying even) an Open House. She is the type my agent tells me that he hates and makes his profession look bad. I am glad the first property I am bidding on is not represented by her.
