I have trained with a variety of personal trainers over the years, and Kim is the best yet! She brings her extensive discipline, knowledge, and skill to each session and has an uncanny ability to know just how hard to push me. Kim draws from a number of disciplines and is always changing up the workout. I never thought such an intense workout could be so fun. We have been working together for a few months and the results are incredible. I’d give Kim 6 stars if I could, and so will you! One session is all it will take.

I went to train for the first time ever with a personal trainer and it was amazing! Kim was very understanding of my level of fitness and limitations, and did a full medical history and quick health assessment. Then I went on to learn some basic moves and punches and kicks. The session was filled with lots of practice time on what I had just learned with Kim cheering me on. I am a very competitive person who strives to work hard and her expertise, motivation and great teaching and making it into a fun time definitely had me craving for more. I was sad that the hour ended, but that hour was the best hour of a workout I have ever had! If you want good motivation, and a great workout, train with Kim! She will get you inspired and begging for more!

As a trainer, Kim is the perfect combination of rigor and compassion. I was looking for someone to push my(pre-conceived) «limits», but someone with a heart to know that there really are days when one more set of burpees might just bring me to tears. I was most impressed by Kim’s holistic approach to fitness. It wasn’t just«abs day“every day. The workouts with her always target multiple parts of my body. Kim’s approach to fitness and health is approachable and fun and it is never a routine workout. She mixes it up to keep it fresh and to engage different muscles that I didn’t know that I had. She also encouraged me to make small changes in my diet and in my daily routine which add up to a big difference over time. If you’re looking for a great trainer, I’d recommend giving Kim a call. She’s also got great spunk and spirit too! Have fun and get ready to sweat it out, people!
