With such a diverse menu, when we visited they would only serve one thing; falafel shawarma.

I am very disappointed by the service and food. I ordered a veggie platter but got a wrap instead because I could not understand the cashier person. I did not enjoy the wrap tasteless and not fresh and missing a lot of the ingredients of the platter that I wanted. Overall a very bad experience I would look elsewhere for late night eateries.

The food took 90 minutes to arrive, just one main dish and fries, and the main dish had sides that did not even need to be cooked. The fries were burnt AND soggy. How is that even possible?! I ordered fresh fruit and they gave me a whole unripe mango. They also did not include any utensils or napkins.

0 stars. Ordered through grub hub and never showed up. I hope everyone reads this and never orders from here.

The chicken shawarma hit the spot… good stuff! I would recommend asking less of the salad and more green — this will help balance the heavy sesame from the tahini. Get a bit of extra hot sauce and request for extra crispy option. Note — it took 10 mins to fill my order and it was not busy. I recommend calling ahead if possible. The pizza looked decent but I would stick to their mediterranean options.

This is really my FAVORITE place to go to in Nob Hill. Being a native who was born and raised just right around the corner, I have always enjoyed walking in to Le Petit every single time. The owner Najet, is one of the nicest persons I have ever met. It breaks my heart to hear that they may be going out of business soon. I will be coming to this place as much as I can for the rest of this year. If you have not tried this place yet, now is your chance. You won’t regret it.

After an hour and 15 min of wait for a delivery we called the restaurant because the food was not delivered. Ordered at 8:56pm and the food end up been delivered at 10:17 approx. we call up the restaurant and spoke to someone called Sarid. Sarid told us the food will be here any minute. I wasn’t too happy and complained how a restaurant in a big city like San Francisco with a rating this high can delivered the food 30min to 45min late. Had we known, we would have pick up the food ourself given that the restaurant was only 5 min drive away, then again, I look at the map, it is only 2 min away. So Sarids response was«you can’t wait for another minute?», «This is common, it happens». WTF? On top of the poor service, the chicken wing was sloppy, the fries was soggy. Nothing you can’t get from a fast food chain for a better price and value. We won’t order from this restaurant again or dine here again given how much this city has to offer.

The best turkey avocado ever. The staff is very polite. I had also a chicken shawarma delivered home. It was enough for a person and half. Delivery on time. And the price is very competitive.

Late night pizza cravings after drinking at the bars? Don’t go here… I live across the street and tried this place two times now. Their pizza by the slice looks super old, tastes old, and is pretty pricey for what it is. Like $ 5 something. Do yourself a favor and go down the street to Victor’s or Escape from NY for pizza by the slice. Blahhh. Also, their other food looks like it’s been sitting there for a while.

I ordered about $ 40 of food online last night and when it got here it was missing 3 items. They were the grocery store stuff… Like a orange, Odwalla and Kettle chips. The other food I ordered came but the tahini I ordered was switched out for hummus. I can get over the food switch but paying for stuff you didn’t get isn’t cool. I contacted and they said they are contacting them and can take a while for a manager. Seems like it should be a quicker fix. If they contact me I will update my review because I don’t like leaving bad reviews. All In all… Be aware if you order late night you may pay for stuff you don’t get. Cons: paid for 3 items I didn’t receive Long delivery wait. Switched out food without asking Food ok Pros:The delivery guy seemed nice. The Dolmas were good Open late

Ordered online and it said it would be here in 30 – 45 minutes. 90 minutes later I called and they did not speak English. They finally out someone on that barely spoke English who said«very busy, be there in 10 minutes». Well that was 20 minutes ago. Very frustrating, I’ll never order from there again.

Bestest place to order delivery for a party! EVER! Had the Outlaw’s(my kid) birthday party at Lafayette Park and called them to deliver pizza, paninis and shawermas… YUM! All came within an hour and a bit and warm-hot temperature! PERFECT for my group of 20 kids and 15 adults… Ordered 2 large cheese pizzas for the kids sliced thinner and 2 large 5 meat pizzas for some adults. ate them all up! The paninis and shawermas were devoured just as quickly! Staff and delivery people were very pleasant(as usual). Yes, I would definitely come back again and again and again… I am a fan of their lamb and chicken shawermas. veggie shawerma is also a great option(I tried it a few times). I’m a carnivore… Not bad. Ate them so quickly, no photos to be shared…

Staff are polite and quick on their feet. Shawarma is fresh(they make it when you order it!) and although a little«pricey«almost $ 8, it is HUGE and you will be full! Open late and you can always order in :) Glad to have this little place around my corner

When I first came to Le Petit Marchet, it was 2:30am and I was with a hungry group of drunken friends waiting in line for a slice of pizza. Had it not been for pictures and check-ins, I wouldn’t have remembered this place. Yes, my cheese and pepperoni slice were just as unmemorable. So I gave it another shot. Went for delivery and ordered a slew of items: falafel, hummus, a chicken wrap, and cheese pizza. After waiting a little over an hour, our food came to us a bit too room temperature for comfort. We had throw the pizza into the oven and reheat a few items. It didn’t matter, it was all still pretty subpar. At least we didn’t have to microwave hummus, even if it was a bit of a clunky mess. Found myself back on Polk again and had a hankering for Middle Eastern food. After a little back and forth with my fellow compadres, it was decided we make the return here but this time completely sober. LPM is more of a convenience /deli market setup than it is a sitdown place but we decided to throw it down with a chicken shawarma, chickpea salad, a side of falafel, and some taboulleh. Everything was a little too dry, bland, and a tad too mediocre for our liking. The prices are ok and the service is solid. 2 stars for now until further notice.

Had lamb combo and chicken wrap. Lamb combo plate — out of 4 sides, they forgot to place one. Lamb — worst lamb ever. very tough and horrible seasoning. Hummus — good. Chicken wrap –added avocado and lettuce. had 3 pieces of avocado slice(ARG!) for 75cent additional charge. Chicken was generous, the wrap was generously grilled. Tahini sauce was BAD. Only upside is that they open late till 230.

Food was pretty good. I ordered the taboulleh and falafel to go. The taboulleh was better than the falafel. The people working there were super nice! Really good energy. WIll probably go back and try to falaffel shawarma everyone raves about!

Late Hours, Good Slices and Shewerma are key here. $ 6 or so for Falafal Shewerma or(nicely seasoned) Shredded Chicken — $ 7⁄8 for a very solid Lamb Shewerma. For a $ 6 Shewerma, this is a very good value. Highly recommended. And, I love Dolmas(Wrapped Grape Leaves). The pizza is really good by the slice — particularly the Hawaiian:(ham/pineapple) — not filling, but good. I like the staff — they’ve also got a few other things on the shelf, including some decent exotic treats. Including Kettle Chips — Spicy Thai flavor. And, Coconut Water.
