So what if they use tons of MSG. So what if their food is high in cholesterol and sodium. So what if most of their items are brown. When I come to Lee’s, I know what I’m getting myself into. If I want to go the healthy route, there’s the salad bar on the right. Their orange chicken is to DIE for. The crust on that chicken is soo freakin crispy! I love it. And don’t get me started on their fries. At less than $ 3, you get a container filled with crispy delicious sticks of potato not seasoned which is just how I like it because you can season it to your preference. Food is good. Price is reasonable. Lee’s, you my numba one. See you soon.

Came for lunch. I like that it’s «international» and cheap buffet style: $ 7.95 per pound makes it a steal. However, unlikely to come back Here’s what I got for about $ 6.50: — 2 pieces of California roll(only decent thing) — teriyaki chicken(so salty) — Hong Kong style noodles(oily, no flavor) — bok choy(oily, no flavor) — tomato mozzarella(weird texture) Adequate seating at lunch time for a quick bite, self service and quick to pay TLDR: cheap, you get what you pay for

They have many good breakfast/lunch options. I got the bagel breakfast sandwich with tomato cheese and sprouts in it. It was really tasty fresh and filling. I definitely recommend this deli.

Good lunch place… it’s like sandwich deli meets upgraded Panda Express, meets salad bar. They make a decent banh mi and the hot deli is pretty good too… though the $ adds up quick. This is a great go-to spot if you’re not totally sure what you want.

food is ok. But watch out your bill. The woman over charge me every time. The bill shows different amount then she charged to my credit card amount.

Nothing special about the food here. I mean… it’s edible? I might as well drown in MSG before eating another bite of their«Chinese food» But what really made it bad is the service. The people working here are so rude. I ordered a sandwich with no mayo or mustard. Then I saw that they have a garlic sauce(for their premium sandwiches), which I asked for. The lady replied with… No you can’t have that. (uhmmm seriouslyy??) Rude.

Dont know why this place owns 3.5 stars This is a 1 star restaurant As a person who eat chinese foods, this place tastes bad and prices not reasonable I would rather have the whole food’s buffet for the same price Nothing here is delicious for sure Its so bad I am writing this review while sitting here Just about to leave I am not staying here even 5 mins I’ve learned a lesson There are reasons if Unilocal says it is under 4 stars I should have known better Dont come

This Lee’s Deli is right under my office, so I go here pretty often. The offer a pretty standard selection of Americanized Chinese food, and everything is pretty good. I usually get the curry chicken, xiu mai, and soup dumplings. I’ve never tried any of the made-to-order foods, but they seem pretty standard and reasonably priced. Most of the dishes I’ve tried are pretty satisfying, but nothing special, so I think it’s a solid 3 stars.

Got a breakfast sandwich(egg & sausage with cheese in a bagel) from here on a weekday afternoon(because breakfast foodies are my fave). I’d get one again. Got a cinnamon sugar cronot here at one point for breakfast. Surprised me because there was custard inside but mmm it was good.

It’s like clockwork, we’re always trying to find a place to eat for lunch. I work on Howard and Spear and never seem to be satisfied with what’s offered in the area. I’ve always passed this joint but never really stopped in, as I’ve always thought it was a sandwich joint. My coworker mentioned there were some Asian options and I was definitely curious to see what kind of options were available. My goodness, it’s ALL Asian! I can’t believe I haven’t visited this place earlier! They have a noodle stand, a sandwich stand and a hot plate area, offering tons of Asian options. At the end, they basically weigh your food and send you on your way. The joint is filled with table top seating and high tops against the front window. I was super excited to find some dim sum options as well. Here’s what I had over a course of two days: –Siu Mai(pork): Sooo good! Big portions of pork dumplings, steamed to perfection. I keep wanting to go back just for that! Highly recommend! –Char siu/BBQ Pork: This was another great option! The BBQ flavor was light yet, super flavorful. The pork nice and crispy in some spots and marbleized in other spots. Works perfectly with white rice! –Tonkotsu ramen for about $ 5: WOW! The broth was packed with flavor, a bit salty though. The soup was filled with noodles and you had the option to choose your toppings. I got kamaboko(fish cake) and green onions. This was good! Listen, if you’re ever in the mood for some quick Asian delights at a super cheap price, come and check them out! This place was delicious and I will definitely be back on another lunch break!

This is a five minute walk from my work place and I enjoy going there for lunch especially when I am craving for some dim sum! The price is a ok but the food taste really yummy! It’s a food bar and you get to pick what you want, my takeout usually comes out to be around $ 7 – 9. No parking for sure…

Food is decent tasting. Like all Chinese food, quite greasy. It’s a food bar so you pick what you want to eat or you may order as well. The thing I don’t like is its 5.95 per lb and most of the food have greasy thick sauces.

Very convenient deli serving pay by the pound Chinese dish and salad. Collection of sodas are good too. The eat-in space is wide and clean. Wanna go again soon.

Convenient spot, as always, coming from Lee’s. They have a wider, open space for dining and variety on their selections and menu. My favorites are their Xiao Long Baos(Steamed Pork Dumplings) and Hot Soups! Their Chinese food is a bit too oily compared to other Lee’s that I have been to and their limited Sashimi choices looks like it has been sitting on the platter for awhile. They don’t utilize the space that they have been given, unfortunately. They can provide so much more different cuisines, but don’t.

They have croNOTs here. Not to be confused with the trademarked Cronuts of NYC. They are filled with custard and will run you $ 2.50. I like the hot food bar here. You can end up spending a lot if you go crazy but they do have a good selection of hot foods and salad items. In the morning there are also breakfast items like sausage, corned beef hash, and french toast sticks, but they start phasing that out around 10. They have all day breakfast sandwiches which are pretty cheap. The wonton soup bar is a little funky for me. The noodles and broth are OK but the wonton(shrimp or pork) you get all have their wrappers disintegrating. They precook them before and when you order they heat it up in boiling water so the wrappers just end up getting too soft and fall apart in the soup. I guess it’s quick but they sacrifice that aspect. Plus when they ask you if you want veggies, keep in mind it ain’t free.

I didn’t actually eat at this location. I only came here to buy cronuts as they’re sold here. I came in early in the morning so the place seemed clean. The lady behind the cash register was friendly. I like that there’s a seating area and huge salad bar. They also have a counter for sandwiches and noodle soup!

One of the crazy efficient(one might even say machine-like) women behind the counter who bags, takes my credit card, and sends me on my way in 3.5 seconds stopped to give a little boy a free cookie today. ’nuff said.

This place is far overdue for an updated review. The last couple of times I have eaten at Lee’s, I have been very unhappy for a couple key reasons. One time, I underestimated the price my meager meal would cost. Having only brought ten dollars for lunch, the woman at the counter became extremely angry when I didn’t have enough to cover the eleven dollar meal. Well, this eleven dollars resulted from a couple pieces of tofu and some cabbage. You have got to be kidding me! I went to take a new container, as she held the other hostage behind the counter, to start over(assuming that is what she wanted me to do), but she ends up yelling something unintelligible. I just assumed it wasn’t something nice. Luckily, a nice man gave me an extra dollar to pay for lunch. The food was subpar and not that tasty. I much prefer to just walk to the nearby mall for superior choices. I haven’t been back since the scarring incident with the cashier… not exactly the most relaxing way to spend my lunch break.

Noodle Soup Bar! EEEEEEE! Ok, so it is not the world’s best noodle soup. But here is why this get’s 4 stars. 1) Selection: Wontons(pork, shrimp or chive) in wonton broth can come with egg noodles or rice noodles. Ramen, Udon, or Soba can come with miso, shoyu, tonkasu, or udon, borth. Bok Choy, broccoli, eggs, corn, peas, carrots, onion, cilanto, fish cake, roast pork, chicken, tofu… you name it, you can add it. 2) Taste is good. Not earth shattering, but satisfying. 3) Less than $ 7. Get the basic stuff for under $ 6! Can you beat that in FiDi? No. You can’t. Seeing a «5» at the beginning of my lunch receipt total is blissful. 4) Great«To-Go» packaging. I have gotten noodle soup from here for over 3 years now. I have never had those sturdy plastic bowls leak on the way back to my desk. NEVER! This is my McDonalds of noodle soups. It is so fast, easy, and cheap(cheaper and healthier than many Micky D’s stuff too!) Yep, I’m a fan. Having been to a few other lee’s in FiDi, I do really like this one. The staff is a well oiled machine. The food on the self-serve tables(chinese, dim sum, salad bar) turns over quickly. The place is very clean. If you want Lee’s, you want this one.

This is the best Lee’s Deli in the Fidi, I’ve been told. No objections, as I can always find reasonably priced, quick to-go lunches here. There is also a lot of variety here: sandwiches, Chinese, burger, salad bar, dim sum, even udon/ramen. My go-tos are usually the noodle soups, or Chinese/dim sum. You can get ~$ 5 for a decent sized bowl of either egg or udon noodles, with some green leafs(bok choy) and scallions. Toss in a few shrimp or pork wontons I think for $ 1.50 more. I tried the wontons once, and they tasted nothing special, so I usually slip them now. I am a fan of their Chinese food selection here. It’s actually not super greasy and the meat/veggie ratio is good. I try not to consume too much oil and grease so I usually go for the eggplant, ma po tofu, steamed fish, or green beans. Their dim sum siu mai is decent too and they usually have a few varieties. Check out is fast and super efficient. The ladies want to move the busy lunch crowds out, and that’s just fine with me!
