Kate Maxey is a true healer. I have been going to Kate Maxey at Lightfeather Acupuncture for one year. Last May, I badly sprained my ankle weeks before a hiking trip on the Big Island. My western doctor told me to cancel the trip because I wouldn’t be able to walk. A friend recommended Kate who I went to immediately. A few intensive sessions later, my ankle had totally healed and I hiked that whole island without any problem. I go to Kate at least 2 – 3 times a month and each time I leave a session, I feel grounded, rejuvenated and healthier. Kate is gentle, focused, calm, and really knows how to heal. Her work environment is so inviting– a real refuge from the city outside. Whatever my health needs are, Kate addresses them. I love seeing Kate and feel truly grateful to have her as my acupuncturist. I absolutely recommended her and believe you will find her to be wonderful, too.
