We just used The Quijada Reality Group to list and sell 2 homes. One in S.F. and one in S.S.F. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the service we got. Liz went out of her way to make things happen smoothly, efficiently and on time. She follows through with all aspects of the sale and took care of setting up staging in the San Francisco home. Both homes sold quick and over asking price. If your considering selling a home, condo or property give her a try.

If I could give zero stars I would! Anyone who does business with this lady Liz Quijada… DO YOUR RESEARCH! DO NOT TRUST HER! I moved out of her home over 3 months ago. I gave a 2200.00 deposit and am getting 61.00 back, all for CRAZY reasons. Don’t sign anything until you go over the lease with a lawyer because she WILL try to TRAP you. I’m actually taking her to court to dispute these petty costs and alligations she has pointed at me. And if you are looking to live in the ssf home, be careful the house is FREEZING during the winter, the house was broken into TWICE, she does not allow cable, and the worst thing is you have NO privacy. Neighbors report to her, and I had seen her do drive bys many times a month! Don’t take a chance with this evil woman!
