This apartment building has been sold and is now called «The Jeanette Apartments.» I am a very long-​time tenant, and this building has seen quite a turn-​around. First of all, the new manager duo are hard workers and caring. The maintenance manager is on-​top of everything! It is now a joy to call this «home.» A huge convenience is living on a block with 2 major bus lines, the #38 and the #27. A convenient walk to Union Square, the Financial District and SOMA.
