Marcos da Silva

We have used Marcos da Silva’s painting company two times and both times they were incredibly hard working, did a fantastic job, provided a great value for the work done, and stayed on time and in budget. We used them first to paint the interiors of a condo and after calling over 8 companies, many who never called back, we received 4 estimates that were all over the map in pricing. We decide to go with Marcos because his bid was fair and he was able to schedule it within a few weeks. He did a very professional job taking 4 straight full days to complete it including 1 full day of prepping, and using two coats to the entire condo. In fact I didn’t ask to have 3 large closets painted but they did it anyway. Because of their amazing work we used them again to paint the entire condo building last year. They again were the most reasonably priced bid for this very large project (it is a 4 condo unit building) and took over 2 weeks to complete the job, the paint still looks great a year later, and the building looks fantastic. They even repaired the fire door that was in bad need of repair for next to nothing and repaired some dry rot that was part of the original bid (another company was going to charge double the price for just the painting and 3 times as much to repair the dry rot) They also didn’t charge for the hardware for the door that also needed to be replaced. Strongly recommend them and we will definitely be using Marco Da Silva again!

We worked with Marcos DaSilva on two houses so far. He is very professional and has done a great job for our homes. We originally hired him for painting, and ended up extended to some remodeling and other contractor work in our homes, as he is very skilled. He is quick to deliver, and finishes on time. When you have a new request, he always makes it happen very quickly.
