I’ve gotta say… I’m not impressed. Unilocal rarely leads me astray, but this time it did.
I came in looking for a decent card and some basic party supplies. Marina Cards & Stationary had neither. Everything was pretty bland and without character, and the party supplies are no different than what you could pick up at CVS or Walgreens.
I checked out the stationary and stuff too, just to round out the review. Nothing special or redeeming about it, sadly. :(

I came in here after my long shift at a restaurant nearby.
I needed thank you cards and replacement journal.
I found exactly what I wanted, with lots to choose from!
There’s so much stock and variety here, it’s overwhelming — in a good way! I love it, and now I know of a great store to go to for novelty cards like pop-​ups and such.
The owners are super friendly and even gave me a 10% discount when I told them which local restaurant I worked at.
Great experience!
I will be back when I need more.

At my little two man (well, one woman one man) start up operation we have been organizing our website bugs with color coded post it notes on a big board. I ran out of red ones today (what does that tell you about the site?) I was in need of more. Since Union Street is so freaking lame and doesn’t have any shops that have anything useful in them, I hoofed it down to Kinko’s only to discover a line out the door. I spotted this little shop across the street and wandered in. What a neat selection of all kinds of things, including a massive selection of Post It Notes. $ 30 later, I walked out of there with all kinds of lovely treasures I didn’t know I needed.
Wonderful and friendly neighborhood business.

This store is a pleasant surprise. They have your basic hallmark cards, plus a decent selection of office and party supplies. I’ve gone to this store picking up both a print cartridge and birthday balloons! The man who works here is super nice too. Sometimes a store like this gets the job done better than Staples or PaperSource. And they actually have old-​school balloons that come in solid colors with matching ribbon!

This store surprisingly has almost everything you need ranging from presents to cards to office supplies. There are also some pretty cool items that you will not find at a Walgreen’s or other chain type store. For friendly and helpful service, stop by this local store.

Matt was here to buy 2 quick cards: a sympathy card and a birthday card; both for separate co-​workers. There was parking in front, anyway it doesn’t matter Matt can park wherever he wants with his company’s car.
This small place has surprisingly a lot of cool stuff and stationeries, at Marina prices, including a huge selection of Peanuts accessories. The item that interest Matt was the 20 in. Snoopy. (It is maybe the actual-​size of the famous beagle). Matt wants to buy the Snoopy at that visit, but that big beagle wouldn’t look good in his work-​mobile. Matt will return very soon and get the $ 80.00 beagle for the kids, who are a huge fan of Snoopy. Like who isn’t?
Anybody wanna race and see who can get that life-​size Snoopy?
