I know there are a lot of therapists out there to choose from and that can be a pain in the ass. You can make a safe and easy bet by going with Mary Beth. I’ve worked with her for years and have always appreciated her skill as a therapist and also her presence as a genuine person. I appreciate her ability to be compassionate and loving while still holding you accountable. She’s got a good mind for what she does and will help you move forward with what you need to! She also practices EMDR which is a great resource to use for some of the tougher stuff you might run into.
