I have had Mike repair many plumbing issues in my home, but he came over to repair a stopped up kitchen sink, the he went to the garage came back and said you have a problem the pipe in my garage had never leaked now it had 3 holes in it I do believe he put them there. Then he charged me $ 1400 for it, he told me my bathroom faucet was leaking and it was, He was going to charge me $ 850 for a leaking faucet and knock out some tile, Wow we are talking money, I called another plumber he came over fixed my leaking faucet for $ 100 told me the pipe in my gargage was a $ 600 job not $ 1400. Warning, Discount Mike he is definitely not Discount he is a crook get more than one estimate when you need plumbing.

Okay in today’s economy saving wherever you can is a big deal… I had a backup in my sewer drain and we tried snaking it without any success. So I thought we need to find out if this problem is worse than just a clogged drain. I found Mike on Unilocal and we talked about the possibilities and he suggested that hydrojetting should solve the problem. If the drain didn’t clear within 5 min. of the process, then there might be a bigger problem he said. But based on what he’s seen it clears almost 90% of the time. Sure enough after placing the hose through the cleanout, I noticed rippling of water in the clogged drain in the garage and within 10 min. the drain cleared out. What a relief, he was even so nice to work out a break for me on what he usually charges. Thanks MIKE!!! Well my problem may not be over yet, because I might need to replace my drain trap, but at least having the cleared drain and not having sewage in my garage is such a relief. But so far the drain is clear and I’m hoping the clog doesn’t return, at least for a while. Long enough for me to save up to have it eventually repaired for good. Mike your a life saver and thanks for giving me a break on your hydrojetting service. I will definitely use you again for my plumbing needs in the future and will recommend your services.
