Mimi At Citrine Salon

It was my lucky day when I walked in Mimi’s salon 4 years ago. Mimi gave me a fresh look with a vibrant blond color and a hairstyle fitting my lifestyle so well. Since then, I see Mimi a few times per year and I am always happy with my hairstyle. Mimi is very professional and knows her products very well. She gives very good advices. It is always a pleasure to see her as she has a wonderful personality, always positive and seeing the bright side of people.

I’m SO happy I stumbled upon Mimi… I had gotten my hair colored at Super Cuts a few weeks ago because they’re cheap, fast, and you can walk in. But I absolutely despised the color they did on my hair. I didn’t really have time to do anything about it, other than hide my hair and hope it faded away. Well, then the dreaded «line» appeared. My hair looked horrible. I was walking around Pac Heights on a random evening and saw a salon that had a «walk-​ins welcome» sign and I thought i would walk in just in the small chance they could help fix my hair once and for all. And WOW was I impressed. Mimi sat me in her chair and explained her vision for my hair and also laid out all of my options. She was kind, thorough, and the result was absolutely perfect. I went back to my natural hair color and also had a trim and blow-​out. I gave her a hug afterwards because she made me feel absolutely beautiful again and now I love my hair. Oh and she is helping educate me on proper hair products and how to achieve that blow-​out look at home. Goodbye Pantene Pro-​V! Thanks Mimi!!!

Mimi’s passion comes through in her work. For my brother’s wedding, Mimi put my hair into a glorious up-​do replete with braids and curls AND it stayed up while I danced the night away!

I’ve been having my hair cut and colored by Mimi for over 7 years and she is the best! Mimi is truly gifted when it comes to styling hair – styling my own hair after she cuts it is easy because my hair falls so great – so no bad hair days! Mimi does an amazing job with both color and styling. I am very particular about my blonde highlights looking natural, and she is able to me look very natural with my desired color. Not only does she do an excellent job, but she freelances and will work with me to fit into my crazy schedule! I am so lucky to have found such a talented stylist!

Kimberly gives a GREAT haircut! I have thick, naturally curly hair and her cuts make it possible for me to put in minimum time to keep it looking fabulous. That only comes with a really careful, good cut. She has been doing my hair for 13 years. I get compliments regularly and always tell people about Kimberly.
