My doctor recommended Dr. Monica Hannon and I made an appointment last week. I was given paperwork to fill out as a new patient. The very last piece of paper required me to give the doctor’s billing department a credit card or access to my banking account. When I refused to sign this document for obvious reasons, (they can make mistakes and drain my account) the doctor would not see me. After discussing this practice with many friends everyone agreed they would never sign such an agreement.

At a check up appointment, Dr. Monica Hannon discovered that I had multiple ovarian cysts. After completing an ultrasound and CT scan, we talked through my options, and decided that surgery was the best course of action to remove the cysts (one of my cysts was very large, 11 cm).
Dr. Monica Hannon was absolutely wonderful through out the entire process. She answered all of my (many) questions ahead of time, and helped me feel very comfortable with the procedure. Her and Dr. Ziyad Hannon performed my surgery, and it went very smoothly. I am now cyst free!
I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an OBGYN.

At 7 months pregnant, my husband and I moved to San Francisco and had to find a new OBGYN to deliver our baby. While the move to SF was quite stressful, the transition to our new OBGYN was not! Dr. Monica Hannon was amazing and we were so lucky to have found her. She thoughtfully listened and thoroughly answered any and all questions we had — especially those which came once we found out our baby was breech. Per Monica’s recommendation, we tried the external cephalic version procedure, but my little one was too stubborn and would not budge. After the c-​section, Dr. Hannon came to the hospital every day and truly made us feel as though we were her only patients. I was a little nervous about the scarring from a c-​section but the incision was so small, I hardly notice the scar. The nurses at the hospital also said it was the best incision they had seen!
Logistically, the office location is ideal. Parking is available for patients. Once inside, you’ll never wait more than 5 minutes to see the doctor. You will receive excellent care and guidance throughout your pregnancy and I plan on having Monica deliver all my babies.
