PAP Appliance

I’m not used to repairing things.
If a device broke, I would go buy another one. Today my fridge unexpectedly broke, while I was at work. I had to coordinate urgent repair over the phone. After several unsuccessful calls to local vendors, I went for HomeAdvisor and they quickly matched me with Alex.
He agreed to take a trip from San Francisco to Peninsula to check on my fridge. I expected that he will just diagnose the problem and come back with necessary parts later. In reality, he showed up the same day with necessary parts and fixed the problem.
He not only saved me the cost of the new fridge. I estimate that food from the freezer, which we were able to salvage due to quick turnaround well covers his service fees.

I own a 4 unit building and in one of the units the dishwasher stop working. I like to use Unilocal to find and see opinions and reviews about companies who performed the service. That’s how I found Alexander from PAP appliances. He answer the phone and he told me that he can be within a two hours which was fine with me. He came by he looked it up he said he has order the parts and come back once he receive the parts. it may take 2 days to get it. He came in two days later and did the repair. The dishwasher works ever since. His rates are good and he is pleasant to work with. I definitely going to use him again if something else happened to my appliances. Thank You Alexander

I’m surprised to see the old, negative reviews as I have always had positive experiences with PAP Appliance. I’ve found their technicians to be reliable, and extremely honest – which is hard to come by these days. Their rates are reasonable and staff have always been helpful in solving the task at hand. I can say that in all my dealings with PAP over the past 2+ years, every experience has been positive one.
