We have had nothing but good experiences with this dry cleaner. Clothes always come back clean and the prices are reasonable. Friendly staff as well.

This is great local dry cleaners! They are reliable, quick and good prices. I’ve been going here for close to two years now. I highly recommend this place!!!

This place is categorically NOT a one hour dry cleaners. Between business trips, I needed a suit cleaned and pressed quickly. Since pretty much every other dry cleaning storefront in San Francisco sends their work out to factory cleaners, I thought I was set with this place as they seem to do a lot of work in house. However, my hopes were dashed. I first took my suit in on Saturday to be told that no-one but the woman on the register works on weekends so no cleaning gets done. First strike against their one-hour cleaning claim. Then I went back on Monday morning at 7am, the moment they opened, figuring I could get it cleaned before having to leave for the airport at 9:30am. No such luck. When I asked about getting my suit cleaned by 9am, a two hour window, the gentleman told me «No, that’s too tight.» When I questioned the fact that they advertise themselves as a one-hour cleaner, he shrugged and pointed to the back and mentioned something about pressing. In any case, I left with my unclean suit in hand. What i have to figure with this place is that they can probably launder a shirt in an hour but the claim of one hour dry cleaning is just BS. So, don’t go in here if you are on a deadline.

I will not be coming here anymore when there are much better and cheaper cleaners all along the same street as this place. Came in because every time I pass by I see people cleaning and sewing in house and since my suit needed to be cleaned and the zipper needed to be replaced I decided to give them a try because it looks clean, nice and busy. Why not right? Wrong! So I dropped off my clothes asked for the zipper to be done as well as the suit to be cleaned. He said no problem come back on Friday at 5pm(this was on Tuesday around noon). I actually waiting until the following Wednesday to go and pick everything up when I arrived and presented my claim ticket. My clothes come out and he says — oh your pants are not done. You come back I give you percentage off, so sorry. I am annoyed but figured well I will get some money off and get my pants back in a few more days. So I go back and he rings me up for the full price of my bill and says sorry about the wait and hands me a 20% coupon — to be used next time. Um dude that is not how it works. I won’t be using the 20% off coupon and recommend you don’t use this place. They clearly are not about customer satisfaction at all and think only of their bottom line. NEXT!

I am so happy to have a high quality cleaners in the neighborhood. Michael always provides me with high quality personalized service. I appreciate that they keep most(if not all) of their work in-house and don’t send it out to a big factory cleaner somewhere.

This isn’t the closest dry cleaning to our house, but I think it’s the best option. My husband can drop off clothes on the way to work since they open early(7am). The first time we went, we received a discount and a coupon to come back. Clothes were clean, prices were reasonable, and staff was very friendly.

This place freakin’ sucks! AH I cannot put into words how awful they are!!! I have been living in the Sunset for over 6 years now and never met such evil people! I went to drop off my coat and my comforter. I asked for the price to get them cleaned and the lady was not sure… Uhmmm… You know how dry-cleaning places have their prices posted on the wall? This one doesn’t. Still Doesnt. Uhmmm. She told me ballpark and I agreed. There on the counter I saw a voucher for 20% off on first time customers. So I grabbed one and asked her if I could use it. She said yes. Yay. I went back to pick up my clothes and what would be my surprise when she said she could not give me the discount. She did not know how. WHAT? AREYOU F*CKINGKIDDING? She wouldn’t and advise me to come back and take it up with the manager. The manager was conveniently never there when I was able to come by. I was so pissed. A year later, I decided to give it another shot(I must be a masochist). I sent my hubby with my comforter. At this time they had a sign that read: 20% off all comforters. He was happy to report that. I had my suspicions. He went back to pick it up and the lady said to him: NODISCOUNT! My darling was ever so confused. He tried to reason with her and pointed to the sign and to the comforter. NODISCOUNT! She yelled again. OMG. We have reasons to believe they did this to us because we are neither white nor asian. Which sucks. I’m in the process of suing this place for false advertisement and discriminatory tendencies. I HOPETHEYGETCLOSEDDOWNFORLYINGTOPEOPLE!

I’m a big fan of dry-cleaning. This place opens at 7 am on weekdays, which allows me to roll out of bed, stumble around the block in my pajamas, pick-up freshly-pressed suits, stumble back home, crawl back into bed, sleep for an hour, brush my teeth, wash my face, PUTONCLEANWORKCLOTHES, wander down to the Muni and put my make-up on during my commute. Yep, I am THAT classy(or hungover?) The prices here are very reasonable. Ask nicely and they’ll give you a 20% off coupon.
