I have been training with Christopher DiPasquale for two and a half years and usually 2 times a week. I can honestly say that Chris has changed my life! Chris has the knowledge to adapt many exercises to fit my specific needs and with dedication and his motivating assistance, I have been able to become the strongest and healthiest I have ever been. Chris is very organized with his training, tracking my specific training and progression from week to week. This makes it easy to see how I have progressed over time in each exercise we do. Chris also developed a nutrition plan for me, which has helped me consistently lose on average about a pound a week. I am also a type 1 diabetic, and through the macro nutrient system that he has set up specifically to me, I have improved blood sugar levels, and have lost over 25 inches off of my body in total since I started working with him. Training with Chris is something that I look forward to every week he is very motivating, even through my demanding graduate school program, Chris has been adaptable to my schedule, and gives me the motivation I need to get through a tough workout. He continually learns and shares information with me about nutrition, strength and cardio workouts and advises me on what I should specifically work on, he is great at making sure I am keeping form during each lift, and he also goes out of his way to send information and has recommended great workouts, stretches, food, protein powders, and vitamins that are all beneficial to my health. The gym is very private and in an easy to get to location.

I’ve been training with Chris DiPasquale for two years. Without knowing what I wanted in my workouts, Chris put me on a path to strength building. He’s up to date with various programs to train from novice up to an advanced workout. I began barely able to do bodyweight exercises when I started. I’m now doing the big three powerlifting of deadlifts, bench press, and back squats. Chris has taught me about proper diet, that I don’t need to eat less but to eat right. I track my weight daily and keep tally of the foods I eat. I’m now cooking more and eating out less. If you’re looking to lose weight and/or gain strength, Chris will set you on a path of proper exercises and nutrition.
