Terrible, unprofessional property management team. They hire shoddy contractors that do terrible, cheap work. They do not respond in a timely manner, have to be chased down to get anything done, and are rather rude in their responses. Also, good luck getting them to respond, even to their emergency phone number. Unpleasant to work with.

I’ve been renting my apartment from Raffetto & Sons for 6 years and in that time they have always been attentive, thoughtful and given me great customer service.
There have been times I’ve needed small things done to my apartment and some major things and the people there treated them all with equal effort.
If I move in the future I would certainly get my next apartment from Raffetto & Sons based on my very high satisfaction level.

I applied for an apartment with them and they sat on my application and asked for personal data that no landlord has a right to. Additionally, they did not respond in a timely fashion, so I just forgot about it as there are so many places available in the city now. The unit I saw had a lot of storage space though the building was kind of dingy and I found a great place in North Beach with storage, a view and a patio for bascially the same price. I would never do business with them again though they are next to Mama’s which is great

I have recently rented an apartment that is under the management of Raffetto and Sons and have really enjoyed working with them. They have been prompt to return phone calls and get back to us regarding fixes in the unit, questions we’ve had about details, etc. Having had a few nightmare landlord situations in the past, Raffetto gets 5 stars for their attentive and down-​home, family style service

Raffetto and sons (they should change the name – it seems to be the grand-​daughters, now) have managed the building where I live for decades. Two years into our stay, and we keep finding new reasons to appreciate them. They have good relationships with all their contractors, and are super responsive by email or phone to every issue that’s come up.
Update – 3.5 years now and we still think they’re great.
2015 Update – 7.5 years in and we still think they’re great.
