When contemplating invisalign treatment to straighten my teeth I asked a trusted dentist for a recommendation. I could not have asked for a better Orthodontist than Dr. Robert Boyd at the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. I waited several years to have my treatment start and I am thrilled with the results. The entire experience has been so easy, from the initial visit to having the aligners made and picked up. It is amazing to have Dr. Boyd explain the progression as you see the screen shots on the computer of the movement of the teeth. He is very receptive to questions, explanations of treatment, and most of all will contact you by phone or email with any concerns you may have. He is a professional in every regard, as are his staff and those at the front desk. I would highly recommend Dr. Boyd.

All I will say is that I regret every single dollar I spent at this office for my Invisalign treatment. Very disappointed.

Walking past a homeless gentleman on Market & 6^th yesterday, he yells out to me: «I’ll bet you had braces!!» Not your typical panhandler shout out, but, hey, I appreciated the unexpected compliment.
And the real thanks goes to Robert Boyd. I started my orthodontic treatment in Chicago and when I moved to SF, my orthodontist there referred me to Dr. Boyd saying he was the best around. He’s friendly, helpful, takes the time to explain treatment and answer questions, and always gave me confidence in his course of action.
Now a couple years post-​treatment, I continue to get compliments on his good work and actually look forward to my annual checkup. Top notch all round.
