Okay, I didn’t understand if this was a separate business or not, but I ran into it at Off the Grid in Upper Haight. It was in the«off the grid» truck, but had its own 3 flavor menu. II was so excited to see it because I love cannolis, and I’ve never been able to match my first experience with a cannoli at Mikes Pastries in Boston. We just don’t make them the same on the west coast. So anyway, these were tested against some pretty high standards, and I would say they made the cut. The crust was definitely fresh, the filling could have been a bit thicker and more marscapon-y, chocolate was a nice touch. Added points for having a variety of «flavors»(white chocolate raspberry, lemon meringue, orage chocolate). I definitely want to see more from them.
