Safari moving and storage is run by a group of thieves. I hired them to move my entire apartment from california to New York. Not only did they show up 2 days late for pickup, they failed to deliver my things. Why? I was told there was an accident with the moving van and all of my things were destroyed(nothing was salvagable) yet the driver did not have a scratch. I was not allowed to collect the destroyed items and I kept getting fake excuses as to why I could not get an accident report. I lost all of my possessions and Safari did not even offer an apology. They were so rude and refused to help me. Another friend of mine hired them for the same move(we both moved east) and her van also had a problem. Lucky for her, her things arrived(well most of her things) but many of her things were broken. I am devastated by this company’s lack of consideration and empathy. I still have no proof there was an accident and I am caught in all the red tape. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company and urge anyone you know to do the same.
