Used to love this place but now they have expanded which means their customer service sucks. There is one chick is has worked at seniores for years and she’s cooooool. But overall they’ve changed.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza at around one am. An hour and forty minutes later(the shop is 9 blocks away) I was given a cheese pizza with three pepperonis on it. I will never be ordering from here again. The lateness, I could tolerate. Getting the order wrong, I could tolerate. But the sheer laziness of putting only three pepperonis on my pepperoni pizza? I wasted 15 dollars. Do not recommend.

This place has messed up previous orders, and thought I would give them another chance. I order online from their menu. Once I placed my order they called informing me they did not have what I originally wanted. I place another order through them. I ordered a CHICKENCAESER salad and a two piece with wedges. First, this salad was literally a container full of ONLY lettuce with dressing and croutons on the side. My two piece was supposed to come with a soda which never came. I paid $ 20 literally for lettuce, a handful of wedges, and two pieces of nothing but Boney chicken. This is my third time ordering different things and have been let down every time. Pizza, salad, wings, and pasta have probably all been the worst things I’ve probably ever ordered. You are better ordering from another place or finding a cup of ramen in your cabinets… It’s that bad

After a long day of moving in to our new place, pizza was totally going to hit the spot. Unfortunately we chose the wrong pizza place to do that for us. The girl taking my order over the phone was extremely disinterested and bland. An hour later I called asking about the status of my order and she was really confused about the question. I just wanted to know where our pizza was and when it would be arriving. She said, oh, like, ten minutes. Two hours later from when I placed my order I called again to tell her that I’m canceling my order which just baffled her. I told her we’ve been waiting for two hours for this pizza, which is most likely cold by now. All she said was, oh, that’s like weird. We ended up going to Chipotle. Would rather risk eating their possibly contaminated food than dying waiting for our cold pizza and talking to a girl who doesn’t know anything about customer service.

Yeeesh… unfortunately it seems there’s been a HUGE increase that surprised me when I was getting ready to order some of my favorite pizza again from Seniore’s! I loved you before and was willing to pay a bit more for better-than-pizza-chain quality pizza pies, but I’m sorry, a $ 20 small pizza isn’t even gonna feed 2 people in our house. I order pizza when I’m lazy and want something cheap and tasty. I prefer to order from local pizza joints because chain pizzas are nasty and I enjoy supporting local businesses… but c’mon now, if I wanted to spend gourmet prices on dinner I’d be getting sushi instead. Ah well, was a good run while it lasted :(RIP. At least gas prices around town are still low…

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible customer service. Don’t spend your money here! I am firing Seniore’s Pizza. Never order again. They just had a major price hike on their pizzas. For the 3rd time in a row they got orders wrong. This placed used to be the best pizza in the Parkside area but now this place has just tanked and gone totally downhill. If(and that is a big if) they get your pizza order correct(good luck) it’s usually pretty good. However they must have new management or something because customer service, attention to detail, and value are all now a bust. So tonight they delivered one pizza — wrong order. The said they would deliver another pizza and over an hour late the 2nd pizza arrive — totally cold pizza. This place sucks now. Do your self a favor and don’t bother.

Really sucks. After an hour of the order made, I got a call from Eat24 saying the restaurant didn’t have the ingredients for making food(I ordered burger and fried chicken). A restaurant ran out of ingredients and they still took my order first?

Came here after going to the soju bar down the street. Got to try a slice of the garlic chicken pizza. The pizza was not spectacular but good. The crust was fluffy and moist. I didn’t really have any complaints. The inside is clean and very spacious. It wasn’t that busy when we arrived but there were people in the restaurant. We got our pizza promptly and it was delicious. This is a very nice local pizza place.

I enjoy the slices better than whole pies here. I just think they take more care in making a slice. I really enjoy their crust. Not too thin. Not too thick, but leans toward thicker. Favorites are clam/garlic and chicken pesto. This place remodeled a little while ago and feels much more inviting, though I’ve always taken out. Nice down to earth friendly crew here. Always nice and helpful. Look for coupons.

Two stars mainly for the chick with the frown at the front counter and the dude that runs the place who«lost our order»(dude its three slices of pizza and easily they churned out over a dozen pizzas in that time — most of which were ordered after ours.) I digress. Pizza is decent — maybe a 3 star st the most. Sauce is good, too doughy though. It’s the only place open at this hour so they think they can get away with it… or at least that’s how it feels. But seriously, chick at the register needs to rearrange her attitude. Smile. Practice smiling for the new year. You chose to work the graveyard, not our fault we have to put up with your moods. Thanks for offering us a free drink… doesn’t atone for the fact that I spent 40 minutes plus waiting for a slice of frigging pepperoni ffs…

I wanted to give this place 3 stars because their pizza is not bad. However, the person on the phone, I believe her name is Stefany(It’s on the receipt) is not very personable. I don’t know if I just caught her on a bad day or what but she was not friendly at all. ALSO, the sole reason why this review is 2 stars is that it took almost 1.5 hours for my pizza to be delivered and I am literally 9 – 10 streets away. If I knew it was going to take this long, I would have just went and picked it up. I called them to check on my pizza after an hour passed and the person on the phone told me the driver is out and I should be receiving it shortly. 15 minutes later the delivery guy finally showed up. They also charge $ 5.96 for delivery. By the time the pizza got here, it was lukewarm. Pizza is good but it’s probably better to just order and pick up and not have it delivered. Such a mood killer.

The staff is 98% rude and seem to be bothered when you go in or you are an imposition. Especially the girls and the younger guys. Pretty much the only nice one is the guy that brings his daughter. Takes forever to get a single slice(at least 30 minutes). At least the pizza is good when you finally get it. **Update: as if it couldn’t get worse, ordered in and the wrong order came. So done with this restaurant now. Will not be back.

One of the best pizzas in SF hands down. Their style is bit unique. Crust is thicker than most pizza but not too thick. Crispy exterior but very soft and moist crust. Heavy layer of cheese that gives the pizza a very high fat to carb ratio. Always delicious but better when you are drunk. Opens very late night so you can get your munchies on after night of partying on the weekends. I do recognize the issues with unfriendly service and all, but this is one of those businesses that deserve all the stars for their great pizza and consistency. Chicken and garlic is a must try but everything is good, to be honest. But beware of the high sodium level. You might feel thirsty and bloated in the morning, but it’s worth it.

Ok so though we had many laughs I’ll have to say our slice of pepperoni only had two slices on it. I hope they’re kidding lmao

The best part of Seniore’s Pizza is that it is open late in the evening — but even as a drunk food joint, it’s completely disorganized and bound to be a pretty unpleasant experience. We called in about 30 minutes ahead of time to place an order for two slices of pizza. The guy on the other end of the phone said no problem and hung up before we even had a chance to say anything more. When we arrived, the guy at the counter insisted that he did not receive a call of any sort and accused us of having the wrong number. When we called the number we dialed, it immediately rang the phone on the counter. He didn’t say anything. We saw many other customers being treated in the same rude and unprofessional manner. There is no better word to describe this scenario than someone who is on a major power trip. Because we were already there, we ended up waiting for 20 – 30 minutes for a slice of Hawaiian pizza(~$ 5) and a Seniore’s Special pizza(~$ 5). We even asked for the«special sauce» that other people had recommended, which btw is not worth asking for. There is nothing special about this sauce. Two stars because the pizza is okay. Overall, the pizza is about 10% better than a Domino’s pizza but costs $$$ more. The service is horrific. Even if you call in for a pick-up order, there is a 20% chance the order will actually be executed.

Pretty good pizza… slow service. I ordered through EAT24 and it took almost 30 more minutes to get my pizza. In total, it took 1.5 hrs. WHAT. I know where this place is — probably just about a mile from my apartment. Pizza is a bit pricey especially when customizing your own pizza, but I really didn’t expect anything less unfortunately. It’s also pretty greasy. They DO have a huge variety of toppings so if you’re one that likes all the oddities, you’ll like the options. I’d order again only because they’re open late and it’s pretty good. But probably not an online order. Not worth the wait.

For delivery, I always order the same thing: XL large pizza — half Seniore’s Special and half Pesky Chicken(~$ 25) to share. These are the BEST choices on their menu. I’ve tried their Meat Lover’s once and it was not that great. If you mention their Unilocal check-in, you get $ 2 off. I took a star off because every time I order a single slice of pizza, I get more toppings and it tastes better. When I order a whole pizza, it’s the opposite. Seniore’s, please be more consistent!

My families go to pizza place. I’ve never dined in to experience weather the service is good or not but the pizza is always good. Our faves include: garlic, pesto w chicken and mushrooms or the standard pep and mush…

Best quality pizza I had so far! They are in a convenient location parking is easy to find. Then interior looks very nice and updated. When you first come in everything looks very clean and spacious. As for the pizza that they have many options and combos to choose from. You can do online delivery as well as pick up. It’s her hair is really delicious as for the doe, it’s thick and fluffy. I had ordered a pizza or combination family size it was not greasy it was just very evenly baked. I would sure come here again
